Events tab is not loading.

SCOOP tab is not loading.

Earlier 10M Sunday Million wasn't loading.

Sent mail to support, but they are saying working on it.

It's been almost 72 hours, but still the problem persists.

Kindly look into it.

Isle of man server has been down for months, so it is probably something else.

I tried to play today a few tables and 3 of them weren't uploading the action (visually), so I had to play blind. This is a ****house.

If it's just me then my bad. If not, either we are really bad at giving them feedback or they need to fire some of their programmers. Sh11tty code in a video game is annoying but acceptable. Sh11tty code where my money is involved is not. No explanation about why Zoom games disappeared briefly.

Also because of this incident I'd just like to point out that wifi going out while playing Zoom doesn't just time you out and make you sit out, it says "this table has been closed". But clearly it's not closed cause after frustrating combinations of CTRL s and checking the sit out next hand/BB boxes I'm able to get back in without restarting with a 100bb stack. That's been an issue for quite a while and is still not resolved.

Yeah I have reported the brief loss of connection issue on zoom for weeks now and still no fix.
At least 4 separate occasions I have reported this and every single time I got the same copy paste reply saying that my connection/ my ISP provider is causing the problem but couldn't get them to understand that I'm not complaining about the loss of connection but rather the sudden crash of the table instead of it just sitting me out like it is on regular tables.

you have to close the "closed" table manually, then attempt to rejoin the pool - when you click the "join game" button, your table will reappear

Sorry about whatever was causing the problems with Zoom last night. I don't know the cause but I have made inquiries and will report back if I learn anything.

Few questions about cash games. Haven't played single cash game hand since many years.

I remember PokerStars had FAST and REGULAR table filter. Can't see where I can filter it anymore. Did some google-ing and read that PS got rid of them, but tables still have different preflop action time amount (some 6-max tables had around 17 seconds before timebank activates and some 6-max tables had 20+ seconds before timebank activates).

Is Easy Seat option gone as well?

When will Seat Me (no more table selection) or whatever it was called attached to .EU client?

It seems like postflop decisions have more time to act than preflop. Maybe I was wrong here (will give closer look next time).

Hey Keith,

I 3 times requested all my hands from support for the year, stating that I need them from 01.01.2017 till now. 2 times they sent me a file that contains hands from a random point in the year onwards, one time the file that they sent me was actually broken zip file. Is it even possible to get all hands for the year or not? I am a little bit puzzled that 3 times I've very kindly asked for hands for specific timeframe and I get random samples.

have they fixed this for you? None of those tabs are loading for me..... I thought it was cause I'm from Australia where online poker is about to be banned.

Stars-support is sub-zero nowadays and the Stars-software too btw. Can't play a session without "Pokerstars GUI is not working anymore".

I joined two games of 0.02/0.05 NLHE Zoom to play the Card Match promotion. When the tables opened one of the Card Match tabs failed to load. At first it displayed the chat tab. I found that if I switched to another tab then back to the Match tab, whichever the last tab I was on would continue to display. The only way to get the Match tab to load was to close the table and open a new one.

This is the second time this has happened in two days. I sent my log files to support and requested they be forwarded to you.

My client version is 16193. I know it's not the latest but I do not want to update as there are a couple of features that I do not want to use/see.

Additional Bug: This is the 4th consecutive time I have tried to send my log files via the PS client and had it fail to send. I know I reported this last time I tried sending my log files, just repeating it. If it has been fixed in a newer version then ignore this part.

Feature Request: I used the “Zip and Save Logs” feature to zip my log files. While it was in process I switch help tabs to “About PS”. There was no warning that this would cancel my logs from being saved, yet when I went back to the Log Files tab I had to restart the process. There should be a warning that all progress will be lost if the user switches tabs.

Out of the blue I can no longer join any cash games other than Zoom. I get the msg "You may not observe anymore tables". Observe button is not selected. Anyone had similar? Spin n Go tables have also disappeared for whatever reason. Using most current client afaik.

mail says their s/w team is working on it.

not sure how long it will take, they are not giving any proper timeframe also when it will be solved.

VIP store doesn't seem to be working for me, I click on a cash rebate, then "confirm" and nothing happens. Tried 100$, 25$ and 10$. Please fix it, I have few hundo locked in coins.

Update: We experience a technical problem on Saturday that required us to shut down all Zoom pools across all licenses. The team reports that they restarted the games after about ten minutes, though in some circumstances it may have taken longer than that for players to realize they were available again.

We apologize for the disruption this event caused over the weekend.

Yes, we removed the speed variations a while ago, now all tables are effectively Fast tables.

Yes, Easy Seat option was removed just recently for some licenses.

The team has not announced any dates or decisions around the application of Seat Me to licenses beyond the test case for .ES.

As far as I know there are no encoded differences in the action time for pre- and post-flop stages. If you see some fluctuations, most likely it is a network latency affect.

I'm sorry that I don't have any update on this yet - other than to confirm that it is under investigation by Devs.

We had a brief problem over the weekend that was responsible for this, but it should be resolved now.

Most problems with Card Match were resolved in the new version that was deployed after Build 16193, so there's not much I can suggest except "please update".

The problem with Send Logs not working for some players has not yet been resolved, it is still under investigation.

I agree that the flow for Zip and Save could be better, and have forwarded your suggestion to the team - thanks!
