Please, enlighten us on what the hell has a higher priority than fixing something that completely disrupts the whole poker experience. Because that's what this "little bug" does. We lose track of session stats, we have to constantly email support to get hands because we can't see more than 200 hands just by putting in a request using the software. Then we have to wait at least one day, sometimes even two or more days to get the hands, and last time I got the hands from support I even had to read a whole tutorial on how I could save my hand history on my hard drive, so I wouldn't need to ask them for my hand history, WHO KNEW??? And even for those who don't care about stats and graphs or whatever, the thing is, you can't see a hand you've just played, which is completely absurd (especially because apparently the "bug" usually affects big pots or all in pots ). Even at the worst poker rooms we can at least view that last hand but at the high and mighty PokerStars we can't have such luxury. And why is that? Oh, it's just because someone completely broke the replayer, maybe trying improve the experience of casino games, i don't know...

But don't you worry, it will be fixed AS SOON AS POSSIBLE... Right after the other "HIGH-PRIORITY" things like let's say... Putting "9s" on the lobby so we can FINALLY know what tables are 9 handed.

Thanks for reporting this. Although we've had several reports of this happening with Macs, this is the first we've heard of it on Win. We will investigate further.

It only annoys regs so you're viewing it as a feature rather than a bug? There's simply not one good reason why something that's been in the software for over a decade can be broken for this long.

At this point this thread seems detrimental to those of us participating in it. We beta test buggy/broken software and tell you everything you did wrong. You then pick and choose what to fix, assigning the lowest priority to whatever 2+2 wants fixed.

I understand you don't make these decisions personally Keith but whoever does is a prick of the highest order, make sure to pass that on.

somewhere in the neighborhood of one in ten tables- the card match does not load and remains stuck at 'take a seat'. Also - while this should be a solid promotion it is extremely frustrating as maybe one in ten tables make it even close to 200 hands. Completely frustrating to get to 70-90% and see the table collapse by hand 100... in fact I doubt half the tables make it to hand 100 - which is a sorry state that you cant just sit down and play the game... joining 50 tables in a four hour session to play four tables at once - IS NOT FUN... i would rather focus on poker and not have to play the table management game

Why don`t pokerstars do a update back to the previous versions then fix all the bugs on the new one and release it when its ready????? The previous one was 100 times better.

I have that same problem too. I can't register to similar sng via menu or hotkey. Who knows how to solve it?

its not just a replayer bug, the hand histories are completely missing and not imported to pokertracker either

the new filter system is so awful

i liked being able to click the different tourney tabs for high/med/low/micro

its just so gross now, i literally was going to deposit yesterday and it turned me off so much i closed the client. why tf change something that ISNT BROKEN

so cancerous, its just like huge company websites that updates every 2-3 years just cuz they gotta spend that divisions funding $$$$ so they arn't fired and the results is something far INFERIOR to the previous update.

Hands are often missing. We don't even know whether this very "Bank Roll" is real or unreal. That means this critical bug is all about "Integrity".

Whether I can use and view Replayer/HH is NOT the matter.

The matter IS that hands are missing and it leads "doubt" and "suspicion" on integrity and reliability of the system.

Are the hands that go missing the same hands that the super users are winning?

I'm having a problem with the cursor jumping around in the notes box when I try to make a note on someone. (I'm also on a Mac and getting the double-click problem).

The client crashed on me. I'm trying to reopen it and I keep getting the same message of "Rational Updater Client Software has stopped working". This happens every time I try to open the client. Is there any way I get can some compensation for the tourneys I'm being blinded down in?

The hand history bug is low priority? It is the most tilting one out of your million other bugs

Had left the old version of the software open for a couple of weeks now, due to hearing what a nightmare the new version is. Only thing is, last night, after busting my last tournament, I accidentally closed it. Is there any way to stop it automatically updating on start up? If I click cancel it just closes PokerStars

Yes, Go to Program Files (x86) > Pokerstars > start from Pokerstars.exe (might just say Pokerstars Application if you have extensions hidden).
