I just tried it again though and it seems to be working fine. Odd...

What about a "Sitout all tables" button?
Pretty useful, when you're multi-tabling 24 cash tables.

Would it be possible with a checkbox for "Sit out next Big Blind", as opposed to any blind? It would make it a lot easier to sit out of multiple tables manually if I don't have to doublecheck each one to make sure I'm not currently in the big blind.

This has been requested numerous times in this thread (not saying you shouldn't have reiterated it...the more people requesting it the better), and this is what the Stars rep said in response:

Honestly though I think this change should be implemented regardless of the number of requests it gets. The way it is set up now is flawed. Besides, based on this thread, the overall demand for it can't be too horribly low.

This could mean that micro-stakes ring game players find it easier to earn points in ring games (on the flip side of the coin, it will mean we no longer round up in tournaments).

The major impetus behind the change is Euro currency tournaments which have already been announced as part of our plans for 2009. The current system was fine for USD only, but not granular enough when multiple currencies are on offer.
Maybe my english is too bad, but this paragraph I simply don´t understand. What advvantage does an european player have when playing an Euro tourney??? I don´ t care whether the buy in is 100 USD or 100 Euro. If 100 USD is too small for me due to loss of value of the USD, then I can play higher USD tourneys, don´t I?

Other pssibility: The prize money is given in Euro, and no matter how the USD develops related to the Euro, the prize in Euro stays the same. In other words. There´s a 10k Euro first prize, which equals USD 14k on the day when the tourney is held. The winner of the tourney doesn´t log in after the tourney for one week, and the next time he logs into Stars 10k Euro is 14.2k USD. Since he won the money in Euro he now has an extra 200 USD in his account. For several reasons this is obviously not realistic, so it´s probably only a Euro tourney, but the prize money will be given in USD. WTF cares?

Why not make it possible for players to convert the account into another currency? There have been numerous post here about this, such as here: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28...-stars-372749/ It shouldn´t be that tough to handle. You know the exchange rates at any time, since whenever I cashout I do so in Euro and PS converts the USD into Euro. So this would mean: An account has a balance of 10k Euro. I sit down onto some given table and play with USD 100, therefore at this time 71 Euro are taken from my account. Next time I play I sit down at another table with USD 100 and 72 Euro are taken from my account...whatever the exchange rate is. This way I have 10k Euro in my account, go on vacation and don´t play at all for one month and still hold on to 10k Euro. Of course I do understand that exchange rates can go up and down, therefore we Euro players, who lost quite some money in the last couple of years, could profit just as well. But as somebody stated in the other post: It would be great to keep my poker roll in the same currency I buy my coffee and cigarettes and milk.

Any thoughts about this, Alex?

Best regards

Martin

Anyone know how to take away the "25% reload bonus' thing under the hand history # buttons? I keep misclicking on it and its annoying.

Also looking for solution to the resize problem.

Stars should have double or triple shootout double or nothing tournaments to the Sunday Million.

$53.75 + 2.25 = $56 for a double shootout (2 tables of 10 play down to 5 each then 1 table down to 5 Sunday Million Tickets) for 2 table structure.

or 4 tables of 10 down to 2 tables of 10 down to table of 10 down to 5 winners.

I refuse to ever play another hand of full ring, limit Badugi (I don't play any other games). Please open up some HPL, PL, or NL tables. 8 handed limit is as much fun as watching paint dry.

Probably already said, but add the tournament name to the bar at the top of the window

if it says "$36 NL Hold'em [turbo - 180 players]" in the lobby then make it say that at the top of the window

I really don't need to see "Logged In as Simplicity8"

+1

Also, more levels for the Double or Nothings please.

A 20s grinder has to move up to 2.5x his current buy-in to simply move to the next level, which is a daunting task in terms of not being phased or tilted by money.

In addition, more levels past 104s are necessary in my opinion.

i just deposited on stars today. I prefer full tilt but the amount i wanted to deposit and the holiday deposit bonus swayed my decision.
One of the main things that bugs me is not being able to see the other players hole cards when you both go all-in in a cash game. Is there a way to change this. would poker tracker give me the real time results i'm looking for. If not i would like to see this change.

There are too many annoting pop-ups. Like, when I'm registering for multiple SNG's, and after I register a pop-up comes to tell me I am registered, and I have to click on "O.K.". It's an unecessary distraction when I am trying to focus on playing the tables I have running and registering for more.

Also unnecessary focus stealing. It's good for when you have an action, but it is really annoying when you don't have to act, such as when the table pops up to tell me I won a hand, or won/busted out of a tourney. Even worse is that this focus stealing allows other tables to pop-up in front of tables where I had action.

Today I had Aces, 3handed. The button had folded and I was in the SB, thinking whether to shove or make a smaller raise. All of a sudden, a pop-up telling me I busted out of a different tourney steals focus. I closed that out, but that pop up allowed other tables to steal focus from the table where I had the aces, even though I had not acted on that hand. So I had to toggle through all my tables to find my aces. I found it, but then timed out before I could make my raise. Then the player I was going to raise with my aces stacked off to the other guy, so I was the small stack heads up, and I ended up finishing second. The thought that the stupid pop up might have cost me a win put me on tilt.

I don't need to know every time I win a hand or win a tourney, so long as the chips get in my stack and the cash gets in my stash.
