Are you suppose to have disabled for all of them? Would making turbo or full for animation make it worst? Prefer to see cards dealt vs it just popping up.



Someone mentioned for aurora graphics quality, you should make it high vs low? I recall someone mentioned this.



Also, are we limited to the 5 themes in the table themes? Heard some people use old themes like hyper theme and im wondering how.

The Carbon theme seem to be the only one where it has less lag than the other themes. I prefer to use mercury out of the bunch. Issue with carbon theme is i don't like how the chips look... its like one oversize chip for any bet size.



Is there a way to use the old table them before aurora update? I use to use the nova/black theme where it was very easy to look at etc.



Also, are people still having issues with multitabling? Is there anyone here that plays on stars and say does 10+ tables without an issue? Now... what about when multitabling with another site like say party or 888? For some reason, when i play good amount of tables on stars with 888... 888 has ton of lagging issues. Before 888 software update and stars aurora, there was rarely any issue at all.



I'm wondering if you guys with real fast computers still have these issue on stars because of aurora?

When I bust a satellite mtt a box pops up showing other satellites to the target tournament. This disturbs me greatly and gets in the way of other tables and even doesn't close when I click close somtimes.

Is there a way to disable it from popping up when i bust?

I have Stars Caption too if there is a way to do it using that.

Is there anyone here that can give me some advice on the following situation: About 10 days ago my usual withdrawal method through direct bank transfer needed a new verification for some reason. I immediately sent pokerstars my ID-card photos. It's been 10 days and I haven't received even a single message. I've contacted them through the client about two-three times now and still nothing. Any ideas what to do next besides just waiting?

Yes but maybe there is no chat for your issue. Try choosing other issues and see if chat appears.

The software is terrible and getting worse. Issue I face daily include but are not limited to; Casino games refusing to open at all, casino games insisting I’m already playing a game when I’m not, so I’m unable to open a new game, chests I can’t open because they refuse to load, instead simply sitting on a black screen with the stars logo rotating, not to mention the constant outright theft of my funds due to PokerStars decision to convert my currency from USD after each completed game. Now, each spin of a slot machine counts as a completed game and in light of this, PokerStars feel it’s appropriate to take a penny from my balance each time, because they round up. They steal probably 30-60 pence a day from me in this manner. In addition, having deposited £10.00 exactly the other day, I subsequently opened a casino game and my balance was £9.73. 27p charge to open a table and have my finds converted without any notification. If they steal from all of the 50000 plus active players each day, how much do they steal over the course of a month, or year? To all the more knowledgeable readers of this thread - Is there any legal basis to challenge this outright theft? Seems like they probably have a paragraph buried in the T&C that covers it somewhere, but that doesn’t make it right, morally or legally.

Isn't it possible to convert your entire bankroll from GBP to USD within the client then set your preferred currency to USD? If I remember correctly, using Manage Currencies -> Convert Currencies from cashier you pay no fees and the exchange rate is basically perfect.
