[PokerStars] Software Improvement Thread - Page 1232 - PokerStars: General discussion -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

SInce im being forced to use Aurora Graphics, it randomly press Fold/Call/Raise BUttons automaticly. Its more than annoying and makes the SOftware unplayable. It folds my QQ`s preflop, calls Allin with Crap and so on...!?! I busted a few SNG`s because of that.
Anyone else with these Issues?
PLease Pokerstars bring back the old Graphics that worked so fine for everyone.

My computer is up to date, i5 Quad core, 16GB Ram, 2Gb GPU. I think thats not the Problem. HAs to be something on Client Site.

Most likely,this is the reason you have issues with your PC

Great so if you play on a laptop without a dedicated video card good luck lol. And laptops overheat way easier anyway.

they dont even give you the choice to play on preferred settings,

i never heard anything good about aurora.

when people got the choice it was 90% legacy 10% aurora, so of course stars decides to force everyone to play aurora.

client starts to crash freeze in game, what the hell is this? much slower than old client and multitabling almost impossible without some kind of stars helper (hint: it doesnt work with aurora)

if somehow anyone knows any bugs that are casued in the aurora graphics please post your experiences in here, dont know if its somethiing i clicked but client just suddenly stopped working, had this before but now with aurora its happening alot more :/

Opened client and tried to grind right now with aurora graphics. Its laggy ,notes look small,themes and text so horrible you cannot even grind and stars dont give the choice to disable it. Wtf is this? Starshelper does not work too.

I have two wishes:

1: Pokerstars' will give me enough time so I can withdraw my money before the client crashes

2. The mass exodus of players winds up bolstering my new poker home

There are good rakeback deals elsewhere, but the software was soo good and the traffic was hard to beat as well, can't multi-table zoom games anywhere else anywhere near as consistently... but they've gone and nuked their software and hopefully the player pool will cut bait as well.

LOL I'm glad this is not only me. I've sent them an email but it seems like they won't do anything.

I have an i7 16gb ram and it still lags. Unreal. Def gonna start playing somewhere else.

Playing on a Mac.
Used to easily playing maximum tables, now I'm having issues playing just 1. I click all in button and it folds? Or freezes and eventually I time out. This is all due to Aurora and I don't know why they're forcing us to use this. I really hope we can find a way to disable this and revert back to how it was yesterday, there were no issues with it at all, in fact, the software is one of the main reasons I've stayed on Stars.
