I've had this issue in the past, and now for a few months as well:

The Tool Tip text always appear in top-left corner of my screen. Everything behaves like this: in lobby, hovering over players to see Country, Bets on the table, etc etc. Anyone experienced this, and got a solution?

I've logged in to Stars for the first time in quite a while. Many new things that I'm not sure to like (aurora ? cash out when all in ? antes at low-limit zoom omaha ?).

Anyway, I decide to deposit and take advantage of the cardex promo.

1) I don't get notifications of the prize I've won. I guess a message should appear on the promo window, but that is not the case. Since most of the prizes are a whoopin .50$, I don't see a difference in my bankroll.

2) The chest windows loads forever with the star and never opens. I've 14 of them now, and I can't wait to have these others .50 $

3) Same for contact us window. Loads forever. I've wrote to support via email, no answer afer 24 hours.

I am now wondering if there is an alternate way to keep track of the prize won and to open chests. I would also like to know is this thread is monitored by stars staff.

For the record, I'm running on OSX El Captain 10.11.6. Too old ?

Chest page will load eventually. Try on app if you have it or My Stars > Chests. If i click the chest in progress bar it doesn't load.

Not sure on the contact us window. I have only ever emailed and unfortunately they do not reply within 24 hours anymore - more like 24 days

I believe a Stars rep monitors this thread but doesn't post anymore.

If i click My Stars > Chests, I see all the individuals chests, but when I click on them, it opens the separate window that loads forever. Gotta be something with their embedded browser... or whatever.

Does anyone knows why after an update,the font of the letters is smaller and smaller?Like you need some special glasses to see the full name.I tried to change the font size,but the client blocks right after i press "apply"
And why after the update i lose all the notes i made in the past days?

Leveling the playing field. And for this reason I make notes to the tracker instead of the client. Oc if you don't use one then you can't do that.

I dont mind about the notes,because i have a good memory,but i feel like i'm taking a test,to see what i remember or not.But it bugs the hell out of me when i see the font size changed in the tournament's lobby

It was as simple as that, thank you. I had a grand total of 2$ and a bunch of tickets for rewards spin&go. Definitely worth the time of writing to support, check threads and FAQ, changing default browsers & all.

Anyone else concerned how dollar is crashing? 10% value lost from the top .. Stars need to switch their games to euros...

Why don't just use the casino from the site instead? And you need to enable it from the lobby settings imo. Not sure because not a degen.

my PT4-Hud is flickering several times and when I right click to choose felt color, as soon as I move the mouse, the popup disappears. Am I the only one?

Pokerstars client freezing while playing spin and go flash.

reinstalling didn't work. It appears to be a widespread issue?

I am having an issue with the PokerStars Desktop client on Windows 10. The zoom plo games constantly timeout before I get a chance to act on my hand. Other times my time is almost up before I get a chance to act pre-flop. I constantly get the message 'Dealer: [player], it's your turn. You have 6 seconds to act.', whether my cards have been revealed to me or not.

Does anyone have an ideas?

switched to nova graphic and now after stackoff its not showing the % where is the option?

I Can't open chests....I Can't play spin and goes .....i can't access live support.....i can't use My tournament tickets.....when i play spin and goes they freeze and Email support is no help.....i've tried re installing the software. ......I would love suggestions.

You can open chests by logging via browser
You might try delete cookies from your pc and reinstall the software.Seeing so many problems for you(all together)-it might be an issue with you PC

Has anyone else had trouble getting Pokerstars table sounds to work when using bluetooth headphones? The sounds for actions like bet, check, etc. only comes through about half the time, and often cuts off. I've tried playing the sounds directly from settings -> global -> sounds, same issue. Doesn't matter if I use beta sounds or the originals. They work perfectly fine when I use a USB headset or wired headphones, so it's definitely something to do with the bluetooth headphones. However, all other sounds from youtube, twitch, etc. work perfectly fine when using the bluetooth headphones.
