Couple days it went well but now the mac client crashes are back

Emailed support Jan 1st with a request, then on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th.

On the 5th I got an email saying they'd be in touch and haven't heard anything since.

Been customer for 12 years +.

Lack of support and 3x 1$ spins in rakeback after recent 100k hands with thousands in rake made me make the plunge and stop playing there. Site is a money grab for the owners, the rewards system is 0 rakeback if you're not losing.

Yeah ive already crashed twice today with complications from having TN autoclick info tab. It also seems to have new tables stealing focus which wasnt happening before.


Does anyone know how to roll back to the previous version of the stars client? ive already restarted comp since updating fwiw.

Please let us hide "Side Bets"!!

Or at the very least make it the last tab, and not the first which auto-opens whenever we open a table

For the hiding sidebets thing go to the client --> settings --> gameplay --> advanced --> disable table surfaced side games.

Pretty weird is under the cashgames tab but it does work for SNG's

I want to ask if there are people with the same symptoms as me.
In recent months pokerstars have been disconnected once every few days.
I've been playing for several years and this has never been the case.
The support told me that it was likely due to high memory usage, but my memory usage is 50% (8GB / 16GB) so it should be fine.
If you lose your connection at 50% usage, it should be a problem around the world.
There was no problem with my line speed and PC specifications, and I contacted support and set up the firewall, but it did not improve.

The Internet browser that was running at the same time was not disconnected.
It seems to be a pokerstars specific problem.

Considering the time when the problem occurred, it may be due to clone installation from HDD to SSD.
There is no problem with the basic Internet browser, but errors (80072EE2) frequently appear in windows update.
Even when piosolver is started, the error that the license server is not connected after startup has frequently appeared.
Is this a problem?

So today i tried to login into my account and i get user agreement blank window (online terms of service) , I cannot accept the agreement page, because its white blank page , so the only option is to close the client, any idea how to fix it ?

Log in via the website and it might work there. They use a crappy/outdated in-client browser.

Yes thats what support told me , but I cant figure out how to login via browser thing, there is no login or play button, I tried to ask my friend he cant find one as well , would you mind sharing the direct LOGIN LINK PLEASE ?

There are a lot of these sng 16 player 4max double shoot out satelites on pokerstars.
But I keep encountering a bug over and over again.
Whenever they are full and start, i dont get notified and my table doesnt automatically pop up, so you not aware they started and you just sit out the whole time and get blinded out.

Anybody else noticed this, i already emailed them about it.

Already lost some buy ins because of this bug.

Same here. They had some maintenance on the betstars website perhaps related to that?
