I often times dont hear the "attention" sound, I think its when other tables steal focus
This is especially annoying since there is no auto timebank preflop anymore and often times end up folding, anyone know a way to fix this?

99/100 times it crashes when i quit the program and asks to send report. doesnt really affect the play but sucks anyway. does it crash imgame?

Can someone please help me as I'm sure I'm missing something in the latest iPad update of the poker stars app. All re: tournament play

1) the preflop and flop custom bet sizing options appear to be removed completely
2) Three tables maximum
3) Lobby looks ridiculous and difficult to sort tournaments/see what's coming up

Yes it does. But it is rare now as long as I re install the software before every time I play so it properly updates.

Yes and I've had to re-install several times. I've now found out that it happens every time I click on the Events tab. I've reported the problem and they say they're working on it and that others have reported the same issue.

What's going on with the 'Black' theme? It's completely changed. Very much for the worse.

Try turning off the "aurora" graphics engine, it enables itself after an update sometimes.

Seems latest update forced everyone into 'new' (few months+ old) Aurora graphics + the new 'pokerstars enhanced engine'. Seemed very laggy and unappealing to me and had to disable + restart client mid session losing my tables- somewhat frustrating for them to force it on us.

Guys I have a crazy delay between the moment I click on a bet and the moment when it appears on the table (2 to 3 seconds), the same when I receive my cards they remain back during this same lapse of time...

I have had this since start of 2020, too weird because before that all was ok.
I haven't changed anyting, my connection internet is very good as well as my hardware;

It occurs if I play 1 or 4 tables, zoom or regular, with aurora engine on or off.

The support cannot really help me, does everyone has got the same issue?

Ultimately, you're paying PokerStars to provide you with online poker services. If they're not able to do that to the standard that you want, then maybe PartyPoker or 888 can?

The issue sounds like there's some frequently-repeated bottleneck in how your computer handles these things. This could be caused by various programs, bad programming of the PokerStars software, or some other issue.

One way to try to diagnose the issue:
1) In Windows 10, load up Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Escape)
2) Click on the 'Performance' tab (second from left at the top)
3) Generate the issue/problem again
4) See what spikes (CPU/Memory/Disk/Network/GPU)
5) Fix that spike
6) ????
7) Profit

Thanks, I already check the performance tab and I got no spikes at all, my CPU and memory are not used more than 30-40%.

Is there a way to make different tables different colors on stars? Example one table is a regular mtt, another is a turbo mtt... like you want regular mtt to have blue table, a turbo is red table etc...

Some of us seem to have the same problems. My problems:


1) My client has started crashing almost daily. I am immediately 'sitting out' and not registered as 'lost connection', so I lose a lot of chips before I can log in again.

2) during the past two months' time my notes get deleted when I rematch an opponent (happens a lot in HU). Also, the notes field is smaller and not working properly, while in-game.


3) I have contacted Pokerstars 3 times over the past weeks, and no response yet to either of my 3 requests.

I have this same issue. Also, the Pokerstars logo in the taskbar used to blimp when it was my turn on other tables as well, it doesnt do that anymore either.

I have e-mailed Pokerstars about 5 times about this issue(and others), guess what ? No repsonse at all. (its been over a week)

I recently lost my wallet and had my cards replaced, I emailed pokerstars on the 3rd January notifying them of this and to remove said cards from my deposit and withdrawal options yet 11 days later no response and the cards have not been removed, this may not be the right place but anybody know where is or how I can get this taped along just a tad , seems ridiculous.

My pokerstars.eu Software is crashing every session after i play like 10mins+ now. Cards are getting dealt but I dont see them, so does lobby freeze and I dont see player names on tables. Only way is to close software via Task Manager and End Process and then rerun Sofware with me sitting out on all my cash game tables!!

I contacted live chat again today, about some issues. They promised(again) to get back to me ASAP by e-mail but they couldn't even guarantee to respond this January.

I changed my custom image 3 weeks ago, still pending.

Omg that's bloody awful. Outrageous behaviour from the support. Imagine playing without a proper custom image for weeks?

How do you always manage to have the lowest IQ takes on this forum? Obviously I don't care about the custom image, the point is support is slow as ****.
