Pokerstars wants regulars to quit poker right?

From 24 tables to 4 is just ridiculous. A lot of cash games like fullring will die

I understand it's a bussiness, but I just hope their numbers are wrong and they just go broke

Its pretty obvious now that they wanted FR to suffer. Its a place where you can just fold and wait for premiums whilst paying far less in rake per what you can win from the fish.

Mass tabling ssFR guys had it pretty good: low variance/higher winrate than 6m, tables not breaking/starting constantly, easier to get on tables, all while paying less rake.

I mean most of the .com pool can't play there. And you could say just play another site on the side it doesn't have to be even more raked .fresh.

That's not true. All customers on .eu/com except UK players can create an account on the .ES platform.

Anybody notice a significant uptick in zoom traffic at their stakes? I can't really tell, I only play NL2 right now but traffic seems relatively normal for that level.

Those who were waiting couple of weeks for response from support. Have you finally got the response from support? If so, how long did it take?

My RSA expired and I can't log in to my account. I have one-time passwords but they are useless at the moment because I can't accept new terms and conditions (blank popup window). Also I can't log in through the webpage because I can't use there my one-time passwords.

I'be been already waiting for 2 weeks for an answer from support and still I haven't got one.

I had an issue(not about RSA token) and they responded partially in 2 days,they forward the email for another department.I didnt send multiple emails and just waited and it took them ONE month to answear(when the issue already expired).I have to mention that it's the first time i received an answear in one month(usually in the same day or the next day).So,depends on how lucky you are,you should receive an answear in the next two weeks.

Same thing happened to me. It took two weeks for the account to be fixed.

Just logged in to stars... PLO5 zoom. 15 players in the pool. PLO10 zoom 35 players.
Sat for like 3 minutes. Most of my hands being played 5 and even 4 handed.
What a joke

It's weird... Pokerstars has a multi-million product and is making all they can to ruin it!
They want poker to be like roulette, but it's not! Nobody would have started with poker if they had never heard stories of winning players

BB/100will increase with less tables but hands/hr goes down massively, thus $/hour goes down for a huge number of players.

Stop thinking you can do want you want and not reap the consequences...

Your dropping player traffic and others around you are gaining traffic...

Finally They responded and I got my account fixed. It took 2 weeks. Have to say that I emailed them every 4/5 days with my request.

It appears to be the new normal. Took me alot longer than expected to change my residence country even though all required documents were uploaded properly

Can Pokerstars you please implement the same reward program we had in 2013? That would be the biggest improvement ever.

You wouldn't die and your stock would go up if you acted like the old Stars, customers first.
