is it just me, or anyone else getting these small lags in past few days? (i havent played much untill 31st december 2018, but in 2019 few times i`ve tried to play its w freezes/mini lags, NOT HEAVY lags) its like 0.3-0.5 second freezes/lags for cards being dealt, flops/turns/rivers being dealt, pots move away etc. I have rebooted very good pc w just pokerstars opened, 170mbps dl/upload 3sec delay internet which should be more than enough for fluent pokerstars play.

p.s. im using mercury theme (had zero lag issues in december untill about 20th, when i stopped playing much), i think its when they introduced these updates for not being able to dim folding players to mercury etc. Living in Latvia, we do have heavy snow in past few days, but that has never been an issue for PS lagging before. Seems like some kinda latest pokerstars update cased this issue.

Chip shading being on caused lags like that on Mercury theme for me, some weird graphics card thing probably. They removed the option to turn it off. Try a different theme (iirc Mercury is the only one that uses chip shading).

The zoom timebank is glitched on stars, sometimes it doesn't go onto the countdown and just folds. This happened to me multiple times recently when I had AA, caught one of them on video yesterday.

do i remember reading about a glitch existing with the chests? where all of a sudden the points requirement for the same color chest would 5x or something? as this just happened to me in a big way

Mine went up 7x the previous amount. After many chats and emails with pokerstars, this is absolutely normal and not a glitch. They offer no explanation as to why other than saying:

"the amount of points required for a certain chest can change at any time".

This statement was made to me many times as if they have a script for people complaining about increased requirements. The funny part is when I quoted their own FAQ to them :

"If you’re winning one Chest per session or fewer (i.e. if your last three Chests of the same type were each won on different days) we’ll make sure the points targets for your progress bars remain achievable so you won’t miss out on regular rewards - and the chance of winning a big reward!"

they have no answer. Please explain to me how raising my requirements thru the roof is in line with "making sure the points targets remain achievable".

It took me 3 days to get that chest and then got downgraded, another 2 days at the lower chest, got downgraded again. Now I'm at red (the lowest level) and I refuse to put any volume in just to see if my requirements will drop.
These chests are just a bunch of bull*****.

when I click "fast fold" in zoom game , and at the same time its immediately my turn, it will not fold the hand, instead, the "fast fold" would become normal " fold " button, then I have to click " fold" to finish the hand, it means I someitmes have to click fold two times in order to fold a hand, i am sure there is some bug out there, what can I do>

PokerStars steal my money from Skrill.
I pay my friend 1100$ ,and he transfer me 1100$ on PokerStars,then i played some sng,and when i cahout money to Skrill,they take aways me this money and told me to ask frined about this.Without any explain,they deal with Skrill and pull out money form my skrill account.
In last few years stars behaviour to players is on verry negative line and they threat players like numbers.
And now they start to steal money from accounts,
What is next y will cashout my Paypal and bank account?

Im not sure if this is the correct place to ask, but is anyone else also experiencing not being able to open Cashier, Challenges, and Chest window at all?

I experienced this right after a client update and it's been like this for 2nd day now.

Hi.
During playing session, i grab my tables and move them manually by the top edge (not interested in automatically putting tables in slots using software).

But sometimes i randomly resize the table w/o wanting to do it (grab random table by the corner/edge and either decrease the size of it, or increase). Is it possible to somehow LOCK completely for entire session the size of my tables?

I already have custom layout to the prefered table size, i just wanted to know if i can lock them so i cant even increase/decrease tables at all during session? thx

Anyone ever run into the problem where you are on waiting list's and it pops up that a seat is available but you close another table before acting on that popup, then the pop up disappears and now none of the other waiting lists pop up saying a seat is available, it just eventually pops up saying you ran out of time. I then have to close stars and reopen and get on all lists again for it to go back to normal.

Just curious if any other fix other than losing all my spots on the lists by closing stars.

Been having the same problem randomly, not every Sunday. PS support says its a connection issue on my side. Funny thing is that I reported it earlier and the chat rep told me its a known issue and that they are working to fix it... so which is it? A known problem with them or my connection??? This is the kind of bull***** that their customer service provides nowadays

When I open the previous hands window, I am not seated correctly, it slides over like 2 or 3 places. This costs me too much time to figure out who did what last hand, when needed.

Last chest I opened, the window froze and I didn't get anything. What the hell is this? This doesn't suit Pokerstars at all!

Having same problem playing from Czech. Seems some O2 router has an issue. I already sent email to them O2 and got the answer really fast that I have to specify the protocol which makes me issues.. but I do not know which protocol are PS using and PS support does not reply. ICMP seems working fine btw. (that is the protocol that PING command is using).

Try in client Help -> Show Network Status -> Launch Network Status Panel -> Advanced -> Trace and you will see which IP is losing the packets. Post IP there pls.

Lots of lag spikes lately that eat timebanks, and kill postflop play- and some serious glitches that make for terrible experience.. tried reporting, got the same verbatim generic emails they always reply with.

Just came back after playing other sites for couple years and just saying at this rate I won't stick around pokerstars long, there is way more incentive to play anywhere else these days.

PokerStars last 2 years threat like ****!

My recommendation is to NOT deposit there and play there ,

1. They start to take money from accounts
2. Need 4 5 days to answer on support mail,
3. Forzing accounts without reasons.
4. Rakeback is **** and promotins are so bad as opposed to other sites.
5. Last few months site is crushing often.
6. Cashouts take to long.

Has the timebank for zoom been reduced? I keep timing out preflop, but I can't remember what it was say last week because I wasn't having an issue acting in time...

I read some news about a week ago that all cash games will get their timebank reduced so probably they did it.

I have a problem with deposit bonus offer received today.

Yesterday, I made my first withdrawal after 15 months or so. As usual, there was a pending bonus warning. I clicked the link titled "25% bonus" or so to see what is about, but it was broken. After clicking it a few times and getting 404 error I gave up and proceeded with the withdrawal.

Today, I received a 25% deposit bonus offer in my inbox. I cancelled the withdrawal immediately and made the required deposit.

Now, despite that, support is telling me that the offer is void. How on earth can i be aware of such an offer if there's no e-mail notification and the link in the cashier doesn't work?

Can this be fixed manually and can i receive the bonus for my deposit?
