Since I reinstalled pokerstars the size of the font where I type in bets is no longer resizing as I change the size of the table so when i try to play more than one table the font is so big in the box that I literally can't make out what it says. This is the only thing not resizing properly that I have noticed.

It would be great to have a $5.50 splash satellites for Bounty Builder $530. Increasing $5.50 into $11 splashes to $1k MTTs would be good too. Can you besides make more splashes for $1k MTTs but without option to unregister? This worked great during bounty builder series, so should work in regular conditions.

Two issues.

1) On Spain client, some times I am unable to close or maximize random table. It's just stuck, however the "reset to default size" button works. Its the Windows (10) buttons of the table that doesnt work. Have to restart the whole client by ctrl alt del.

2) On both EU and Spain client, the tooltip (i think its called) ALWAYS appear in the top left corner of my screen. For example when hover a player to see his Country, or a bet, or anything that makes a tool tip. Fix ??????

does anyone have issues with pokerstars uk on mac? the app sometimes eats all my ram and disk, freezing my computer

Must move/feeder cash tables - Prevents recreational players from feeling hunted and limits use of seating scripts.

Opened stars and it did an update. When i go to my settings, all my favorites for sng and tournaments are no longer there. Also none of my hotkeys are there as well.


Is there a way to get my default settings back? Because i believe there should be a folder in your computer that should have these settings saved? If so, how do you do this? I recalled once i did something like this.

Your settings are saved on C:\Users\{Your Username}\AppData\Local\Pokerstars.

Hi, I am from Macedonia(ROW) i have question (problem) about mobile app, it doesnt show pkos and bounty builders => you cant reg or play them from mob app even if you are registered and playing, from PC and you close PC client and log in from mob app you are not able to play (pko or BB) and you are sitting out

Got $1 on day one but $0.50 since then. Weird thing is the probability of you getting $1 is higher than $0.50 going by the info on the challenge.

I got $0.20 playing 200nl. I wonder what recs feel when they try to complete the challenge and lose 3 stacks in the process only to win 1/10th of the big blind.

I had this happened a few times already. Only way to fix this is by closing the table... then opening the tourney lobby to take a seat.

I've reported this problem a while ago. The person from the support said at the time it was supposed to be like this and everything were fine but this can't be right.

The Hot 10€ that run on FRESPT at 13 PM GMT DOUBLES the payjump from 2nd to 1st which doesn't make any sense for any MTT structure. As you can see from the picture (Hot 10€ on the left and Hot 20€ on the right).

The Hot 20€ that starts later has about the same number of players and has normal payjumps.

There is something wrong with the 13PM hot 10€ for sure that forces players to chop on the heads up since the difference is so absurd from 2nd to 1st.

So I'm not sure where this belongs, as it isn't really a "Software Improvement".
I'm an active Fusion player now, and I have to say I love the game - Great work Pokerstars!

Now onto my "Complaint"

What's with joining a table and not being able to leave for 12 hands?
I have two huge issues with this;

1. As a busy person sometimes I'll load up 6-10 tables, and have to leave after four hands - This doesn't happen often but when it does, I'd love not to get punished with HUGE time penalties. Like what's the deal with that?

2. Secondly, I Don't want to play heads up fusion (especially at higher stakes). Forcing me too play heads up fusion or face time penalties is ridiculous.

The settings: Gameplay - Advanced need some improvements.

There is a setting that says it asks to post blind and it looks like it will ask it also when the big blind will be posted. It should be made clearer.

We need an additional setting that doesn't automatically post the big blind. I just lost 2 cents because my mouse died at the time I was posting (they are not regulated in my country so not going to sue them this time for it. Think I could get a refund?).

I don't auto-buy, so those accidents won't exactly happen again, but there is a bug, as when the general acceptance is checked off and it still auto-buys, needing to be specific.

Also, when I manually buy-in, it will post the big blind automatically when it is my turn.

Just think how dangerous it is when you click some high limit table and find yourself posting 10 or 200. I have had several nightmares about it and could well be eligible for compensation (1k for the pain per nightmare) but as I haven't got in on paper (therapy), I am unlikely going to win the case but someone else might.

Of course, they might have it in terms and evade the prosecution but I think this issue won't apply no matter what they have in their terms.

imo deal poput should have ICM DEAL, CHIP CHOP DEAL & CUSTOM DEAL (chip lider atm of choping should have admin rights and put numbers)+ chat should be able in popout so players can discus deal

Completely. Deal box without chatting is a complete disaster. And I've seen recreational that don't reach that point too often not knowing what to do and then you can't chat to help them navigate. Others with a huge chip disadvantage choose "Equal" and the you are stuck there waiting for the time to pass...

Other thing in Bounty Builders you should include the option to split the bounties if players agree to it.

All in all... as it is it's a complete disaster.
