If they are falsely advertising it as $50 but only hand out $30 and say "Sorry, we made a mistake" then they need to be sending us emails to say so.

how about you guys go back to normal support instead of cutting costs and hiring ppl from random countries to reply to email from 2-7am eastern time when no one is awake. It takes 3 days everytime to get one response. That response doesnt even fix the problem ever and have to wait another 2+ days to get another response. This is FKN unacceptable.

Regular decision time on "On Demand" Turbos is stupidly short. You don't even let people think about the play. I understand that this is intended to make recreationals have a better experience and to punish the multitabler regs but you can't push it this far.

You gave us ALL regs and recs like 10 sec to make a decision and then time bank is 15 additional seconds if you still have it. There are some tough decisions that need more than 10 seconds of time.

I didn't notice if this happens on all turbos or only the "on demand" ones but it's annoying.

my chests (bronze) have required 1500 points to clear... i just opened 51 chests (combination of bronze and half a dozen silver) total value was around $75 plus worthless tickets and around 2000 coins.
after I opened them my VERY next bronze chest jumped from 1500 to 4500 points.
Ive been pretty much break even the last 10000 hands and have not withdrawn any funds this year... so wtf?
punishment for opening chests?
what are the triggers for seeing the point requirements increase?

Is it possible to make a random seating draw when starting the final table?

It's pretty annoying when huge CL is seating next to your left, and then once 10th place busted, everyone just moved to your table without any draw. Seems unfair to me.

BTW good old Full Tilt Poker had that functionality, so I assume it's not that hard to implement.

I downloaded pokerstars a couple of days ago on a macbook, and i get this message while i was installing it:

"Pokerstars is trying to install a new helper tool" and it asked for my admin password to do that

Is that legit or did I download a virus or some other malware?

Can we have a custom background option for final tables?

I like black felt and background for normal play so the chips and cards stand out so would be nice to have something that sticks out for final tables rather than black with faint spotlights.

Can we please get the old cashier back. This one is so awful looking and slow

I just had to reload pokerstars dot com onto my laptop. I mainly play mixed game tournaments for free money chips as I am in the USA. Before I reloaded, I used to have a status notification in the upper right corner. It would tell me when the next blind increase was going to happen, and how I ranked in the tournament. Looking at some twitch screens, and asking some questions, people have told me to click the "i" button for a pull down menu. Well I don't have that either

It would also tell me in the lower right what my hand was in the case of mixed games. I don't really need that, but it would be nice to have

What can I do do get my tournament status notification on and verification of what my hand is?

change the theme of your tables, idk which one it is but only one theme has those stats at the corner of the table

got logged-from-another-client or something error pop up when trying to take a reserved seat on one specific table, also wasnt able to take seats on several tables yesterday (at the beginning of the session, didnt cross seating limits)
