Haven't played a tourney in god knows how long but from memory, where the chat box is there's a tab that says info. Pretty sure it's in there with a refresh button too

I think he meant the pokerstars app on iOS/Android phone/tab

Can you add a button that opens all chests or open them automaticly??
I have 70+ of them and 0 interest what is inside + bored to double click each one of them.

hand hisotries and last hand replayer work on my desktop, but not on my laptop, those options are greyed out? (talking about play money here, in the states still)

can i change this? I want to be able to review "last hand replayer" at the tables, but no option appears on my laptop (newer), no options in menu able to change it (went through all of them 3 times) .. the options that are there, are greyed out.

Desktop (older info on newer drives) still works like it did in the past with replayer option available, even in play money games

What is going on with the disconnection every 2 hours today?
It is not on my end my internet is fine it just keeps DC from stars for 1-2 minutes and then coming back.
I am in Canada and it is really frustrating to play when I keep getting DC'd and time out while I am in hands.

Today there is MicroMillions tab, very nice that you added it

It is very easy to see all the MM tournaments in the tab. It is hard to do it with filters on and excluded words in the tourney tab.

Anyone here connected to stars and then get the message unable to connect and then had to close stars? I closed stars and then reopened it several times and it does not connect at all. I restarted computer and even used another wifi connection and it doesn't connect after that. I had that message few times when internet was not good but then it would connect back once i reopen stars.

Do i need to do a stars update?

I have had the issue in the past and did a full re-install - but that's not a very elegant solution -you may want to have a backup of your notes file before you do

Some guy on Twitch has a 'win 40 hands of Unfold and get $10' challenge, I don't have any challenges available. As if zero rakeback wasn't terrible enough you don't offer the same challenges to all your player base?

I got 'win 200 hands of Unfold and get $10' challenge. Took me over 2 hours to complete with 6 tables running. By the end i was just folding some medium strength hands just to try to win an Unfold pot.

whenever i click join table on zoom games it takes about 30 seconds and then im finally seated..
also ingame sometimes the action is on me but i cannot see my cards yet, this also takes a couple of seconds.
this lag is very annoying, whats the issue?

Why are all the WCOOP 2018 tournament schedule times in ET? Americans can’t even play on the site, which leads me to ask isn’t it about time USD was scrapped as cash game currency? Just seems odd that a poker site which isn’t accessible to Americans is in USD and uses ET for tournaments. Oh yeah and any chance of lowering the rake?

I was looking forward to playing a little WCOOP but if your living in Europe and if you have a job then your screwed. Goes for every MTT really - the good stuff starts in the evening and in the middle of the night.

Are most players really from the america continents?

Yea imo mtt schedule isn't optimal for most players as it is.
USD makes sense to keep for large populations like russia brazil, china etc...

Erm a new and better RNG would be good... Lost count now how many bloody runner runners there are on your site....

Quite literally unbelievable. If it's not the RNG then you have settings on people's accounts to say how favourable they will be in winning a lot they are behind in etc etc....

I've said this myself before and i'm sure others have also requested this 100% but Pstars doesn't seem to care. Opening them is annoying AF too because they don't always open on the first damn click

I really wonder what image PokerStars have of their customers that made them introduce this feature. I can't imagine anyone over the age of 7 enjoying the animation after they have seen it twice.

Pure irritation. I see they have expiry dates, so I can't just ignore them.

I don't see any downside to an option to open them automatically.
