I am glad for you its all sorted out. I can assure you just about everyone experiences some sort of lag now. It's just a matter of how bad. Pokerstars know this and are well aware.They are just providing band-aid fixes. There is something wrong with this software. It shouldn't be released yet, it doesn't work properly. Maybe it works for you on your penny table, thats great. I am playing games with tens of thousands of dollars on the line and suddenly lagging and playing long enough on stars on all different sorts of platforms I know, as well as most other long time players that ( if you read other threads and other long time players reviews) this ps7 is not good. Aesthetically it may be adequate and serve the needs of providing more opportunities to self promote, to facilitate the introduction of casino, and have a few nice search features but aside from the fact the tournament lobby is now confusing to look at and inferior to ps6, the lag and freezing is unacceptable. The memory usage is severely bloated.

Would love to send an email to support trying to get a fix to a problem, only the HELP feature is frozen everytime it tries to open. This is amateur hour Pokerstars

I'm still experiencing lag playing sngs/mtts - i can't play more then 10 tables other wise the delay on clicking(check/fold/bet etc…) is horrible and i just end up sitting out at tables… I'm playing on a macbook pro 2010… was able to 20 table no problem on pokerstars 6

I don;t know ANYONE that can do more than 2 tables without pokerstars totally pissing itself, freezing, lagging. It's disgraceful. Support for it is even worse. It is absolutely broken and all they can do is offer cheap band-aids

The Spin & Go Observe screen doesn't update anymore and the games are not current when clicked. On latest Win build 10125

Zoom HUD? You mean with Poker Tracker and/or HEM? If so, it's not up to Pokerstars.

You guys should really add more Australian-friendly tournaments for all these promotions and stuff.
It's fine when there's an All in shootout. I sleep, the games are played out, I wake up and find out if I've won anything.

But I opted into this challenge for the Zoom tournament to find that it's held at 4:30am. That would be fine if I didn't have to leave for work soon afterwards, given it's on a weekday.

It sucks being unable to take advantage of a lot of promotions because of this.

Tournament lobby deff should have a option to "order" players for color tag. We have a option to order for rank/chips/player and even country. Be able to order for my notes would be amazing and much more important then country or chips, ( chips and rank is the same thing )

player notes should be searchable for all keywords, not just for player name... i often wanna search a player by keyword in the note but i can't since the only search option is the player nick...
