Hello,

So I woke up today to discover that my account had been flagged. The reasoning is I sent a help email using the email address of an account I initially made but haven't used in probably over 5 years.

I understand the PokerStars Policy that you can't have two accounts but i have not used the other one like i said in probably over 5 years. I clearly haven't been colluding between both account so I hope this issue will be resolved.

What do you guys think will happen thanks.

So when you made this second account, clearly breaching ToS, what were you thinking?

If your 1st account was banned for doing some shady stuff for example most likely stars gonna ban you again. If not then they are just closing (probably) the old account and remind you are not allowed to have multiple accounts.

I believe this is practice in most rooms.
Had random account from 5 years ago, forgot about it and create new one on party and they just called me and said that they are closing old account and to not create new ones anymore.

But yeah your 1st account need to be in perfect standing.
But it not guaranteed with today amaya stars, you might just get permanently banned and funds locked.

I think they'll initially try to figure out whether you were being malicious (evil; deliberately trying to cheat; etc) or non-malicious (accidental; ignorant; etc)

If they think you were being malicious, then I imagine they'll treat you as such. If they think you weren't being malicious, then I expect that they'll try to fix it up so that everything goes smoothly in the future.

Hi guys,

I probably didn't make it clear enough. The first account I made I completely forgot about and never even used. I certainly was doing nothing malicious and it was an honest mistake that I made a second account (as I didn't even remember the first one existing.)

Hopefully this clears things up.

Thanks
