I am pretty sure that some time around late November or so I saw in my cashier ("Withdraw") an option to get a (poker) bonus for a deposit that I think was called "Winter Reload Bonus" or something along that line.
Once I got back to it a few weeks later (I have only recently resumed playing on Stars after a long break, so I was settling back in and did not think of this as something all that exceptional) I saw no such offer anymore and Support was not really helpful when I inquired about it.

My question: Was I even correct and was there such a bonus at all? And if so, are these offered regularly and is there a way to know about it ahead of time?


PS: Used search, but could not find much, which makes me doubt somewhat what I thought I had seen.

Think those come in April, if my memory is correct on the timing of the very dusty threads about them (may not be). Think the forum of the thread about those reload bonuses is gone as well...

As for whatever your situation is, let us know what the support at Pokerstars says when you email them asking if you have any reload bonuses, since that is the obvious way to find out that nobody who starts threads like this try for some reason.

Stars has a lot of time-limited bonuses. You often have less than a month to opt in for one.
I'm pretty sure I got an email about a deposit bonus that tied in with the Winter Series tournaments, but there's a new promo just about every month.

@Monteroy Thanks! I am pasting the email below, although it may suffice to say that they just told me about casino bonuses which I had mentioned were of no interest to me... guess a simple misunderstanding.

@ArtyMcFly Also thanks! I checked my communication preferences and realized I had deactivated all messages, including the poker related. Changed that now, hoping that what you wrote means that usually players are told when a new bonus comes up.

We are offering a deposit bonus exclusive for our players who have never played in our casino before. As long as you have never placed a single wager in the casino, you can make a deposit using the bonus code "CASINO" and we will grant you a 200% casino bonus up to a maximum bonus amount of $400.
