I contacted support the day scoop ended and got clarification that my ticket was gonna be refunded. Spoke to chat again now and was told that since i won the ticket in the ticket lottery it will not be converted. As you can see in the log customer service checked my account and promised me a ticket. So since he told me he had checked my account and saw the ticket i assumed it was all good. Customer service is at fault here and should have informed me my ticket was gonna be lost. I feel like i have a case here and gonna fight it. This is terrible service by pokerstars.

I would tweet at that them a screenshot of the conversation alongside a screenshot of the later refusal

but be nice and civil, you're going to need someone on your side, the path of least resistance for them is to do nothing so you'll need to walk the line between public shaming on twitter while still not being unlikable from the point of view of the person who will ultimately be helping you fix this
