Pokerstars randomly froze my account, holding money -- Help Needed! [Resolved] - Page 3 - Internet Poker

Yeah, it's no doubt, that recs don't care about anything that affects the sharks in a negative way. I just don't get why they can't be just straight up honest and tell you "yeah, we froze your accounts because we noticed X and Y"

There is just no response, clarification, whatsoever which is highly disturbing and leads me to believe that there must be at least some kind of conspiracy vs regs lol. "Randomly selecting accounts" then closing them. Kinda similar to an ex-girlfriend who can't be human to you anymore after you broke up with her

Did they confiscate your funds? How much money in your accounts were you unable to withdraw?

No, after 4-5 months of trying I finally got my rolls withdrawn. Were just a couple of hundred

Well, if they've let you withdraw your funds, then that's all you can reasonably expect, IMO.

You have no right to their service, they're not forced to serve you. Go play elsewhere then!

Of course, if they had taken your money, that would be different.
