So i spoke to pokerstars support and they literally said it's a punishment for withdrawing money! See below;
I've never heard of a 95,000 stars chest. Are the rewards greater than the 8,500 stars chests?

The current chest as shown in our records is actually the same level as the most recent ones, but unfortunately, these changes to the requirements can still change at any time even on the same level.
Ah i see, so you basically get punished on chests for withdrawing money?

I'm sorry that it seems like a punishment but I can confirm that withdrawals (and also deposits) are part of the factors that are taken into account.
Just thought i'd let everyone know!
Happy grinding..
my experience is even worse because I have not withdrawn money and also was having a downswing.
Actually I had an "easy" target of 6500 points for gold chest and one day I was running bad, hence experiencing a downswing, but continued playing and put in extra volume in order to advance to a platinum chest. When advancing to Platinum chest, suddenly I had to clear 95000 points instead of 14000 points when I had one before.
It was frustrating but then after a week I have managed those points and got finally downgraded to a gold chest where I obviously expected to get an easier target.
However I also need to clear now the same amount of 95000 points for just the gold chest (before I had to clear 6150 points)... I mean, WTF??? WHATS wrong here?
I know, the new system is almost no rakeback and I do not expect much, but this is just pure punishment or a obvious system error. What do you think?
