Pokerstars : "Your playing privileges have been revoked" - Page 2 - Internet Poker

I see...so both your playing privileges have been locked? Have you ever played in the same tournaments? Perhaps if you provide your screen names here it may help.

My privilege haven't been revoked.

Since no one ever heard of this problem and that the discussion is leading no where, I think it's for the best to just wait the answer of the Pokerstars support.

They take screenshots and analyse other programs running on your computer. If he was using a bot, chances are they know and they they have irrefutable proof.

In that case ... bad luck ... but if you cheat, that's what's going to happen.

I see absolutely no reason to believe they wouldn't take screen-shots.

I have experience as a java programmer, and in java it's one line of code. A couple more to save the image file to the hard-drive. I imagine it would be similar in C or C++ or whatever they are using. So if they detect suspicious behaviour I can't see any reason at all why they wouldn't use screenshots to help investigate the case. It's extremely simple and an obvious solution.

One of the stars reps already stated that they didn't in a thread here due to obvious invasion of privacy issues with their customers. I can't find it right off but if you insist and no one else digs it up I will.

A little empathy would be nice. Maybe the automatically critical and suspicious posters would be all calm and collected if they just had thousands of dollars frozen, but I know I wouldn't.
