Hi everyone,

Ive been a player on pokerstars for almost 10 years. Made numerous big cashouts (and deposits).
My last cashout was put on hold 2 weeks ago, the only thing they asked me to do is send documents.
Documents they shouldve had already because ive been playing on their site for a very long time.
Ive send the requested documents but havent had an answer or an update.
They didnt even try to explain why my cashout is suddenly on hold for review. I dont use any software outside the PS client.
I play poker mostly and gamble a bit.

Ive tried contacting them through the client, facebook, twitter, email. No answer, no replies.
Im wondering if someone here can help me get in contact with someone from PS or help me out in some other way..

i know it can be frustrating being not replied for your emails. but this is the way for a long time with their CS, since they fired a bunch of ppl from CS.

i got no clue why they are rewieving your cash out. i can imagine mostly cos u were verified waaay back in the days and just a routine process. just try to be patient cos there is no way to make them faster. the bad news is it can take weeks

just imagine 100K people like you sending several emails for the same issue..
that email list is never ending... just be patience.. they just finished a big tourney series aswell that cashout queue is huge probably

Nope. Made a cashout today and received it in less than a minute.
