The challenge promotions you guys do are great, but please think of PLO players too! You have challenges for SnG, SpinandGos, zoom NL; but no PLO. That is 2 promotions in a row you ignore the plo players

I started playing a few more PLO mtts because of this promo but yeah a proper PLO cash challenge or promo would be sweet.

They should launch PLO spin and gos (with more starting bbs) and the 2016 PLO promo at the same time.

I know the thread, i've sent an email but nobody answered.

I don't remember opting in for Dream Team Collection as the rewards weren't attractive to me, so I didn't care for this promotion. Now today I luckily opened 'My Games and Tickets' and saw of plenty of all-in shootout tickets credited to me. If I had not opened it, I would have not know these have been credited to me. Earlier I remember we used to get mails everytime we completed a challenge but that was very annoying as receiving mail for completing every challenge spams our inbox. It would have been nice to receive a mail maybe couple of days before their expiry something like 'You have some unused all-in shootout tickets, please use them before their expiry'

@PokerStars Matthew, any upcoming promotion? Or any reload bonus for existing users?

Speaking as a recreational regular (winning) I liked the August promotion. But the last promotion wasn't all to exiting. It started out fine with a $5 for the first done, but the 26 there after I only got freeroll tickets to the $20k shootouts. It would be better to have some more variable prizes. Don't have to be big but less boring then getting a ticket almost every time. A few other real recreational players I know told me the same.
Also those $20k shootouts had to many players for it to be fun. Only a $1 prize in 26 $20k freerolls is weak, the real recreational I spoke also got $1 and was really disappointed. Btw he liked the August promotion a lot also.

KO week starts from October 12. What you're seeing is knockout tourneys with gtd boost for knockout week special.

Common Sense is crushing the servers. We are averaging 30 sec. to 1 minute dead time between hands being dealt in another tourny. It is a turbo. I feel like I am getting ripped off, like 2 hands per blind level due to dead time while servers catch up due to Common Sense. Not sure Stars was ready for this.
