Sixfour - generally players like to play tourneys with big prize pools - if we broke them up into 2 then they have less appeal for broader player base

Anuj22 – Team Play is something that at least some % of our player base would like. We’ve been running World Cup on Play Money which has had some success. It’s a difficult format to promote and for players to plan for. No plans for men versus women. Tourneys rewarding merchandise have a lot of logistical issues, but it is something we might consider in the future as we are exploring a lot of different ideas in regards to the store.

Macaco2 – We are evaluating store tickets for 2016 but no clear direction yet on what might be changed – inclusion of other games other than MTTs are being discussed. If we make a change, it would likely be in 2016.

Sect7G – glad to see that you like the VIP Live promotion in Canada. It is a somewhat different approach than we have done in the past so I’m eager to see the results after the promotion is over. We’re expecting this to be one of our best VIP Live parties ever.

Why was $0.01/$0.02 excluded from the latest ZOOM promotion? That seems quite unfair for those of us that can't afford to play anything higher and have limited deposit options.

I'm not a fan AT ALL of these Mission tournament promotions you guys have going at set times. I have a problem with sleep where I wake up 1hr later everyday and i have missed a lot of these tournaments I qualify for. I hate tournaments as well and it prevents me from playing more cash games in the end so stars ends up losing more $ in rake from me personally. I NEVER play tournaments because they depress me and tie me down to my computer taking my liberty away which is the reason why I became a CASH PLAYER so please come up with another promotion idea for cash players instead of offering us only one avenue of getting some RB.

If it MUST be tournaments can't you guys just make 4 BIG tournaments in a year instead? I hate the fact that it's distributed into a bunch of small ones where I HAVE to be seated to play.

things I prefer as a cash player instead of the current promotion in order of preference:

- happy hours like full tilt
- small jackpots maybe at cash tables similar to the milestone hands promotion?
- All in shootouts i'm fine with i guess
- 4-6 Big freerolls anually

They obviously cant keep all players happy, me and many others hated all-in shootouts coz your chance of winning something big is very very low. I played 3 zoom freerolls and I have won $51($0+$15+$36) already , played 59 all-in shootouts in the past won only $19.40 , ofcourse all-in shootouts have some advantages too, but I'm not here to complete missions/challenges for those bingo all-in shootouts.
Loved the zoom tourney starting with 10k chips or whatever, would play everytime if they come up with this.

I mean, I think the best for regs would be more flat rb, best for recs would be AI shootouts. I know I'd rather appease the recs than give some random MTTer a soft freeroll.

yeah thats why i'm not happy with it but i'm alright with All in shootouts that way I don't HAVE to be there

I dont see why stars got rid of the turbo takedown. I mean yeah the value for the points was better then a player could get for buying random items in vip store or exchanging at best price etc, but that misses other points.

recs kept going for those points so they could get into that tourney points based tourney was good. it meant a player would go ok I need to get 3000 points this month so i need play that bit more etc.

the problem with all in shoot outs is its something I have no control over and has little value. If I want to take long shot pure gambles I can buy a scratch card. not really a fan of the mission week or thingy.

really liked the latest zoom challenges with the 250k freerolls

tbh i liked it too because its over quick an easy it's not some slow agonizing process like tournaments normally are. It would maybe be cool if they break it up into two time zones and have people choose from one of the two? I would be happy with that.

are we going to have deposit promos for the micro millions? usually they give us tickets but I cant find the promos for this month's MM anywhere.

i love ''accumulator'' style promos cuz i can get an edge over a random sunday player who only played 87 hands during the week. i fight hard to get those 10K chips from that 7-2 hand and i'm happy to see only a small portion of player put the same effort to did it too.

so please stars, stop all-in shootout and 50K freeroll with 46K players registered. 1,14$ value freeroll and beat a pool larger than a city for only 7000$ 1st prize its just ridiculous. so at least ask more than 10 hands played to be eligible.

AND PUT MORE PROMO FOR CASHGAME! like a cashgame leaderboard at every stake and a kind of sponsorship for the top players at every stake.

Ditto for the recent multi-mission challenge. I can't imagine a complete recreational player enjoying the feeling of "take take take until nothing is left" they will have when they finish the first couple of easy missions (e.g. "play 10 hands" or "win 2 hands" etc.) but then the next mission (4th of 11 or whatever) is "WIN a Spin & Go" or "WIN a Headsup SnG" ... because if they never play those they can get crushed a dozen times in a row and get too frustrated to continue the mission.

At least previous multi-step or multi-day Challenges had the ability to skip certain available steps (e.g. some you had to complete 10 challenges total by the date of the freeroll, and 2 or 3 of the challenges were "deposit $10" or whatever, but there were maybe 15 or 20 challenges total to qualify! Now THAT was rec-friendly!)

What PLO promos are you currently planning?

Bring back double VPP days when action is at the slowest.

888poker has been running them since very long time. If something like that gets introduced on site like PS which has 7-8x times more traffic than 888poker, I think you should give it a try.

with the industry focus geared towards recreational players, u should drop the VIP level requirements. most recs like freerolls and items from the VIP store, give them a reason to grind

i suggest the following:
chrome - 100 VPPs (stays the same)
silver - 400 VPPs (500 currently)
gold - 1.5k VPPs (2.5k currently)
platinum - 5k VPPs (7.5k currently)
supernova - 80k VPPs (100k currently)
supernova elite - 1m VPPs (stays the same)

Heres a few suggestions points incentives. It may be hard for a non reg to hit gold or platinium star etc but I have seen other sites have mile stones similiar to stellar rewards but for example reach 10000 points for the year get a pair of football tickets hit 20000 get an ipad or hit 1000 get a free $10 sports bet this keeps the casuals grinding to get the next price.

The turbo take down was a loss on points value for stars but so many casuals upped there activity to get the points to get in and so did a load of small time regs.

i don't know why stars are not doing something similiar from there business point of few giving people a free $10 sports bet if they have hit so many points or free $10 casino bet etc could get more people into the games and your having them grind more to get the normal promotional free bet you would give away anyway.

Why dont the sites ever think of this I should be working for the stars. But then id be banned from playing on the site id get bullied in there office like i get bullied everywhere else (thats no comment on stars just more my life experience) eventually the boss would fire me rather then deal with the bullies cause more of them then me( again reflection on my life experiences not comment on stars. etc so I will never work fir stars but maybe they should pay me for consulting.

anyway we going to get vip club event for england I decided I want to attend one of these now but obviously if its in my home country I am not flying to toronto for the event is to much for me.

A new promotion will be launching in a couple of weeks where players can participate in holdem cash games, zoom, spin&Go, MTTs, and SitnGos. We're also working on our promotions for the end of the year which will have some sit-n-go elements to it.

For all of our promotions, we typically reward players with all-in shootouts, manual cash credits, or tickets. In the very near future we'll be introducing random rewards where players can win cash instantly. Promotions in the future will often reward the big prizes instantly via random rewards rather than via an all-in shootout.

I'd like to see a PLO promotion in our calendar in the 1st quarter of 2016, but we haven't started putting together details yet of the 2016 calendar so I can't say for sure yet when it might happen.

GotW was really cool promotion specially for draw/mixed games but unfortunately it happened to be on wrong poker site, it would be sooo cool to see something similar promotion on PS. This would really boost traffic of mixed/draw games.

I can't seem to find any info on the daily cash game leaderboard. How long will this be running and what are the prizes?

You can see your leader board points for the Daily cash game hands won & Daily cash game showdowns won by pressing the leader boards tab just below the challenge window on the sidebar of the client from there scroll down and click more. But I can't seem to find any information either about the promotion or prizes.

There is an (i)nformation icon you can click on the leader board window to explain a little bit of what is involved but the information is very vague as to prizes and time scale etc.

The new leader boards have confused me since they arrived it would nice if Keith could provide a link or explain a bit more what they involve, for me anyway it would be information on the Daily sit & go cashes/wins.
