So either you made a mistake, or they did. For them to get it right for tens of thousands of people but then screw it up for the odd one person like you would be quite odd from a software perspective, so I have to wonder if maybe you didn't pay enough attention to your start/stop times or forgot to opt in to one of the challenges. Not trying to put the blame on you here, just suggesting it might be worth you trying to think up ways you could have allowed the situation to occur before firing bullets at the market leader with the best, most reliable software of any poker site. But you can choose what to do and how to treat this; that would just be my advice
"Hello xxxxx,
Thank you for contacting us.
We apologize for any confusion but you indeed have 24 hours from the moment you opt-in, to complete the challenge.
Upon reviewing your account we noticed you opted-in for the play 100 real money cash game hands challenge and completed it yesterday. You did not opt-in for the Play 1000 zoom Cash games hands, and it expired as its only valid for one day.
You do get 24 hours but you need to press start before the end of the day (ET).
The first challenge each day is the "Silver" challenge, and the second is the "Gold" challenge. The second one will have a higher degree of difficulty and therefore bigger prizes awarded.
When you complete the first challenge you will get a random reward ranging from a seat in a $10K All-in Shootout to a maximum of $10,000 in cash.
When you complete the second challenge of the day you will get another random reward ranging from a seat in a $20K All-in Shootout to a maximum of $100,000 in cash.
The full list of prizes can be found on the PokerStars website.
Please keep in mind that if you win an All-In Shootout seat you will be automatically registered to a Shootout played three days later. These tournaments are played daily at 11:58 ET, from February 18th to March 3rd.
We hope this clarifies the promotion, and we wish you best of luck at the tables.
Please let us know if you have any further queries. We are here 24/7 and happy to help.
Regards,
Mitch
