Wasn't it clear prior to the promo? I had a scared thought that it was a final bone thrown to high volume players (not to be confused with net withdrawers)

I'd say it was clear to the Poker side of the business, yeah, but the number crunchers will just see that it went over budget and the likelihood is that that money went to grinders who are net withdrawers.

I'm disappointed by the fact that the promotional $1M Spin & Gos are now available for $0.50 but not $5... it looks as though Amaya's intention is to move their recreationals to penny stakes where it would be too time-consuming for grinders to hunt them down; it's a move in the same direction as Jackpot Poker - a platform where people are happy to spend a few bucks a week for fun but it's impossible to withdraw so Amaya keeps all the deposits to itself.

Instead of these silly spin n go promotions (supercar, lolz - its not even funny actually, its ******ed since nobody is going to win it and even if they do, even less likely that theyll take the car since presumably rich people dont grind $0.5 and 'poor' people dont have the money for transport/maintenance/all that shizzle regarding the car) you should have a lot more of MTT/180s promos which will SIGNIFICANTLY boost the traffic if you make them winnable(this does NOT INCLUDE daily doubles which have gazillion people and impossible odds of winning them on the same day). 20 5K winners doesn't seem very much to me and I'm pretty sure you guys would profit a lot on the traffic alone if such a thing would last for a week or something.

I have a bigger chance of winning eurojackpot(fact) compared to your spin and go odds + MUCH, MUCH more money in the eurojackpot anyway.

Stop treating your customers like degenerate gamblers. I understand that your goal is to create a healthy ecosystem with a lot of $$$ but if the reason you sacked SNE is for these ridiculous spin and go promotions then you won't get very far in a year or two. I understand that you are just a messenger here so I am not blaming you however don't treat people like idiots here. We both know what the quoted message means. If you ever repeat the promo you will significantly change the chances of hitting X cash. If you plan on doing that, then its better to invest that money into a better software on sundays. You have been getting complaints for weeks and you don't react. Personally I haven't experienced the problems people describe(timeouts etc) however I DO experience the overrall slowness and a few second lags so there IS A PROBLEM INDEED from YOUR SIDE.(even though I can play normally I have 2 eyes and I am WELL AWARE that it feels a lot different than on normal days)

You know when I enter a live casino(which I enter occasionally to play POKER) and see all those slot machines, roulette, blackjack tables etc - it doesn't bother me - in fact, its a nice scenery and makes things less monotone and makes me remember that everyone is different and has various reasons why they go to the casino. It's a spectacle of sorts when there's a break or something. It also doesn't bother me because I don't have 1000 slot machines dancing around me, because they are distributed proportionally to other things in the area. That way it lets me pick my poison willingly and already makes it so much better.

And on AmayaStars I can't breathe and 'look around the room' because I have ****load of ******ed Christiano Ronaldo(or Neymar lolz, CR can at least be an idol, trains hard, plays hard, wins hard and is a good person - while Neymar is just a kid with no manners compared to CR) promotions flashing in my eyes every 2nd week orso(whom I don't care about, great football player, has NO PLACE in a poker room/casino). I have nothing against spin and go(was playing them for a while), but I seriously can't stand all these all in shootout complications, gimmicks, 'you play this we give you that' you get tickets like this but you can also get them like that... its way, way too complicated for a reg(a semi reg actually) like me who knows their way around, let alone a REC who is the 1st time around. Make it simple for everyone(this Santa thing giving cash and the 1cent tournament was a huge disappointment since there was literally no info on how when why how much etc. - megabonus promotion was okay though) CR doesn't belong in poker. I'm not entering a casino to watch a ****ing football game or to fanboy someone and the minute I see little gimmicks forcefully handed to me I will lose my interest and feel stressed out. You offer a product and sell it - I buy it - thats how it works. Go advertise, sure - I expect that and that's just good business, but if you come forcefully knocking on my door I will kick you out and lose interest forever just because you are getting in my face.

The way you sacked SNE wasn't cool(not legal either), but to spend it all on these ****ty promotions('win a supercar? seriously?) is just humiliating. Bring back MM, MTT leader boards(can even make spin and go leader board challenges) and start addressing the needs of regs instead of constantly spitting in their faces. Instead of these 1time straight flushes make a straightflush daily/weekly/monthly counter leaderboard with some prizes, or a wheel/quads leaderboard.... There's also no use in playing 0.25 spin and go now when you can play the 0.5 one for much better face value. You killed off your newest addition(for a period of time of course) by not even realizing it.

I have a friend who likes to play poker, but also likes to gamble as well - and even he laughs at all this christmas shootouts shizzle and nonsense 'meet neymar' stuff. Nobody gives a **** about Neymar anyway when you have Messi and others

Perhaps make more demanding challenges which grant tickets to special golden SNG's or MTTs with cash prizes or if you really want all in shootouts just a lot harder challenges to reduce the field from say 25k to 2500 people. Would mean something at least.

Well, those people can still buy $225K with the awarded StarsCoins, but in general, I agree that the freeplay part of this latest Spin&Go promo has been a spit in the face of every customer, especially because the StarsCoin prize in the (one per existing player!) free shot is twice as smaller as its luxury equivalent for which the winner have to pay all the duties and transportation costs him/herself anyway. It doesn't take much intellect to figure out the miniscule EV.

This is not an issue with the $0.50 Spins, though, because the StarsCoin equivalents have the 100% same value there as the items.

Yeah I know that the car can be 'exchanged' - its essentially a lottery for the 225k - pretty poor ( + you don't get what is advertised - a FREE car)

Guess weeding people out via the multi-step process might be a way that lots of people can participate in the promo, at a much reduced cost for PS? It would have been nice though to have seen instructions listed off to the side or something, with odds of being dealt a Step 1 shootout ticket listed (is it 999,999/1,000,000? ), and links to the Step 2 shootouts showing what prizes were available to be won, etc ..

Well I'm sure you'd love it if they gave out $500 worth of EV promotions every day like the 180 mans but unfortunately compromises have to be made, they can't afford to do that on a regular basis so be happy if they frequently dish out promos with say $5 EV

Only won a $1 but all in all a good promo to get players active at the tables with a chance to win extra cash. It's hard to complain about that.
