Hi DYLAN,
I had to play for 95000 points for platinum and after falling back to gold, I also had to play 95000 points for a gold chest during the christmas promotion, thus this technical issue hit me pretty hard at that time.
However, I haven't seen any compensations so far?!
Furthermore when I write the support, they just give me "copy and paste" answers about how the reward system works. It doesn't seem they read my mail properly to understand the issue at all and therefore do not take it serious.
I´ve had a really good experience with the Pokerstars support team so far, but this case is really annoying and I feel pretty bad about it...
So please let us know When and HOW do we get our compensation???
