Can you Please consider adding Short Deck to your list of available Real-money games? Like that is offered in the widely popular Triton Events (Straights beating sets please!!). This would definitely make me play on Pokerstars more. I think Short Deck has the ability to surpass PL Omaha in popularity, based on it's action and even equities for recreational players to be able to have closer edges against pros than other games. It definitely makes sense for sites to start adding it. People have been teasing on the internet the possibility of stars adding 6+ holdem. Please share this suggestion with those in charge, I would love to see it in the next software update or two!!!

Why on earth did you get rid of Fusion all of a sudden?

6+ Holdem is likely coming on the 16th.

But yes, I think the biggest reason why Stars decided not to run 6+ and Fusion at the same time was that weak players had been losing too fast at Fusion. If so, it's likely that, in Stars' version of the 6+ rules, straights will beat sets.

I had to play for 95000 points for platinum and after falling back to gold, I also had to play 95000 points for a gold chest during the christmas promotion, thus this technical issue hit me pretty hard at that time.


However, I haven't seen any compensations so far?!

Furthermore when I write the support, they just give me "copy and paste" answers about how the reward system works. It doesn't seem they read my mail properly to understand the issue at all and therefore do not take it serious.

I´ve had a really good experience with the Pokerstars support team so far, but this case is really annoying and I feel pretty bad about it...

So please let us know When and HOW do we get our compensation???

Yeah it took me 4500 points to open a red chest.
I emailed support and they said some **** like"chests are tailored to each player" blah blah
I knew something was up.
So are stars gonna offer compo?

The rule about the 2 days waiting time for withdraw after depositing is absurd. For example i made with the same payment option many deposits and made many withdrawals. After i deposited again with the same method i still have to wait for absurd reason money laundring or sth. I will talk with some experts about this. I think we can solve this problem on court for europe. The stars just blocks my money for 2 days without any reasons. For new players it can be ok but for existing players there s no logical explanation about that rule.

Not had this issue in the UK. I made my last deposit and withdrawal 5 minutes apart on Friday. Stars keep giving me deposit codes with zero playthrough requirements so I've been depositing the required amount, getting whatever bonus it is and then withdrawing the same deposit amount minutes later.

i dont use any bonus or sth. The same issue is here in germany at some others friends. As said i will talk with some people at college about the law and maybe court. This is not acceptable that they block my money for 2 days and let me play. I would also continue playing after withdrawals but after i win sth i cant control myself. I increase my limits without bankroll management and the most of the time i lose after increasing of my limits. I am sure there are many players effected negatively like me from that ruling.

Then set buy in and even deposit limits for yourself. If you really have that degening problem. You will deposit again anyway.

Another way of self-control is to convert part of the bankroll into euros, go to the multi-currency section in the options and disable automatic conversion on buying in. Then, if you run out of the USD balance, you'll find it out immediately because your attempt to buy in will invoke a dialog window asking if you wish to convert from EUR to USD.

The other thing is: What is the enough sample size for hands to analyse whether the shuffling system is random? I played at stars since last weekend more than 100 tournaments and i dont accept these bad beats. I also play at many other sites where this thing doesnt happen. I will just analyse all in hands. I will also analyse the hands in different stages of tournaments. I get the most of bad beats at late stages. They hit 1 outer 2 times at late stages where i could be chipleader. I play since 10 years poker live and i dont experince sth like this so frequently and i play very frequently live. I am sure that this thing is not normal and i will go on court to let ban pokerstars on europe.

Party poker has $1.50 rake for a turbo in a $33 MTT tournament which works out to +/- 4.5% rake and it has a decent number of recreational players.

Nice suggestion but theres 0.01 % chance to be implemented.They increase it + remove rakeback and u expect them to rever it now ? Also sng micro limits have ridicioulus rake but they will not change it.deal with it
