David it wasn't eagle-eyed vigilance, it was a simple and genuine question. An answer at the time about it being a mistake would've been accepted (it was an email btw, not a banner). My issue has been what looks like an attempt to avoid providing an answer and that leads to a suspicion that things weren't quite above board.

Alas, it is much simpler than that. An oversight due to a rapid deployment of a promotion in the UK only, re-using the previous content. No intent at all to mislead.

Are you saying that you're only realising now that there was a problem? I quoted your own post yesterday where you acknowledged the issue on 8th Feb. The banner/login pop-up continued to be displayed in-client after you had admitted it was displaying false info.

No of course not. The only issue was that the emails had already left the building. The banners were taken down / replaced quickly, and then it was moot once SuitRace launched.

In my opinion you should add 1 optional reentry to the Hots and Bigs running during morning/afternoon on the FRESPT client. As it is those tournaments are scarce and it's frustrating when you are eliminated because there's no good alternatives to these in order to keep playing a session during morning/afternoon.

Suggestion: It's stupid to offer 1€ MTT Tickets when I play 5-10€ ones...

I understand that you don't want to offer more so just offer 1 in T-Money instead this non-sense that's unredeemable and you can't unregister to swap the ticket for T-Money...

Do you think stars will do a Winter Series or equivalent like Dec 25 to Jan 6 or something?

The PSPC is 6th-10th but I guess it's reasonable to run an online series simultaneously. There will be an insane global interest in the event being aired/streamed etc which should mean a big increase in traffic on the site, right?

Nope, doubled the other way. Takes twice as many points for each chest.

Looks like I'm ~1% now if the frequencies are still the same as they were.

It's under the Challenges tab in the client.

Fwiw, my red chest target hasn't changed, maybe due to the recent downswing - it's still 170 pts. My first Xmas chest (also red) contained 15 Starscoins... that's a nice boost to the regular red chest value, isn't it?
