I never bothered with card match as it is more distracting than it was worth (0.50 cent a day). If the suit race is the same I probably wont bother trying to get it working.

No I messaged support and was told where I should find it after saying there was no options or tabs for suit race and now they've gone silent

They're useless nowadays, they only reply half the time.

They're telling me it is software running on my machine that is stopping the promotion!? when I told them it is happening on a mac and windows and that I wasn't running any software I got this.

"There are programs running in the background, even if you did not open them. It seems a security software is not allowing our program to communicate accordingly with our servers, and as such, our software is not displaying all the information needed."

I have never had a problem with any other promotion, it was only a few days ago the card match was working in the same chat box space. They want me to use something called hijackthis to send logs of all the programs running in the background but i'm not doing that as I know that is not the problem.

How they are legal is weird but they allow players to only purchase coins or play money. BUT with every purchase of playmoney coins you get "sweepstakes cash" as a bonus which happens to be the exact same amount as the amount you purchased coins for. They allow withdrawals/deposits to paypal. Anyway you already have a play money market and purchase system setup but I think you should revise the whole sites currency to a fake currency based exactly on the USD and keep the EUR/CAD exchange options.

Yep its working in my client as well now after stars admitted it was their fault but unfortunately it wasn't worth the hassle, 50 Cent a day and probably more tilting to have running while playing than cards match.

If you're going to offer tiny returns In the promos could you offer one where the prize is given weekly or monthly so you get one lump?

You win 50 cent for the day and its gone when it's your turn to post the Big blind, the whole point of a promotion is to give you an incentive to play and feel like you have won something.
