I had $15 dollars in my 888 acccount. I decided to go play the slots for the lulz for like 20 cent per spin. I loaded up some game, then right before my eyes it started spinning for 3.75 per spin!(without me pressing anything) Before I knew what was going on my $15 was gone.

So I emailed support and kindly told them what happened and they refused to refund me! I told them I'm never playing on the site again and they lost a customer over $15 cause their slots ****ed up.
Stupid ****s. **** 'em.

I don't play slots anymore (thank God) but I had a smiloiar situation on Stars when I meant to spin for 20 cent and spun for 20 dollars! a) I just registered for the Sunday Storm 7th Anniversary which starts in a few hours. I'd like to add it to my calendar (Google calendar, fwiw) so I know when it starts. Please add this feature, there's a pretty common open standard for adding stuff to calendars (whether ICS or the URL for Google Calendar etc.)

b) Starting Day 2 on a Monday evening 18:00 CET is a good enough time, but I'd prefer Day1 to be a Saturday and Day2 to be a Sunday.

My thoughts:

Don't want to comment on the prizes yet but this is a very cool promo. Very interactive just like CardMatch! Though it took me a lot longer (approx 260 hands) to complete the race than what I expected but I loved doing this. Much much better than Jacks or Better as you can live track your progress on the table itself. Have a couple of questions since I could not find any more info anywhere:

i) How many races can you play at each stake?
ii) After how many hands/% progress can you restart the race?
iii) If all three flop cards are my chosen suit, what's the bonus? I hit three clubs but I couldn't see what the bonus was.

I got a question. Technically you could print money, if all players fold very fast every game, not producing any rake.
Did I find a loophole, or is it forbidden due to softplay? Only found out that softplay is forbidden in tournaments though. And it is not collision, as you don't exchange your cards.

1) 3 prizes at each stake per day
2) You can forfeit after 30 hands
3) 1 bonus step for monotone flop matching your suit

Btw, just logged in to Stars and I was bombarded with so many "Congratulations! You have been awarded 1 play on "Suitrace - The Deal" / "Power up - Collectible" - This is so freaking annoying. This reminds me of the old days when you used to get these "Congrats you have won 1 million" pop up spams when browsing the internet. Like this is 1990s, Stars?

SuitRace is out in a lot of places, but not everywhere (we have 17 poker licences, many with their own promotional regulations and rules). We are working to get it more places in the next few weeks.

Some points to note;
> if you lose a race, you get a 10 point head start on the next one at that table.
> no massive super-rare prizes this time around.
> three shots per day (and in most cases, per stake)

I totally agree with you!

At the moment we generally take a different approach for on-table minigames (i.e. CardMatch and SuitRace) and challenges (e.g. Spinball, Collectibles, Card Hunt, etc)... the reason is that you opt-in to the minigame AFTER you select your game and stake, whereas you opt-in to the challenge BEFORE you select your game and stake.

This is definitely subject to change, we are looking into having more personalized minigames as well as stake-choice in challenges (as previously discussed).

The banner for CardMatch says it's "bigger and better than before" - it appears to be exactly the same as before? Same format/prizes, still as buggy as before.

That should either (a) not be shown or (b) be true. Thanks for letting me know. It's possible an old banner was used at short notice in some markets as we had to switch it in instead of SuitRace at pretty short notice.
