C mon mates, it was written that the challenge will close at some time without notice. It is ok for me. Its nice that when u click the challenges icon it is written that it was ended at some o clock.

Well I can imagine many people didn't see that, because there was a given time untill the was challenge seemed to run and they cancelled it six hours before. People now are still regging their ass off. I'm sure Stars did "nothing wrong", but I feel kind of disillusioned to say the least.

Me too. Not funny to expire the challenge and there was no message about it or something. Had closed challenge window because of many sng opened and only get known because of other players in the chat Feeling really tilted and pissed right now.

Japan Botnet(?) ruined promotion, took a share of our money and time.
JP accs are newregg or not played lonf time ago.
Also in SNGMTT there are not so much jp players, maybe 0-1 in 180, but in 180 hypers today 30% !!!!! of field was jp playes.
Also there was soft play in But\blinds and SB\BB situations between JP players

Well, played 16 tables at the same time 50 cent turbo 180 bots. I registered for a total of 8.5 hours with 20 min total break to eat properly. Played 161 tourneys and finished 1x1, 2x1, 4x2, 5x2, 5/7/8x1. Lost ai pf j6s vs my qjs for 22 bb pot for the 2nd win- feels bad man. Break even for the day. Total of 8k hands for ages i never played that much, feels good.

Same here. It said I think 23:00 ET or something at the top where it now says "Expired at 21:26" for me.

It's BS that it falls into peak time for players in Asia, parts of Russia and Eastern Europe before the promo gets cancelled, but for any South American or Canadian player, even UK and parts of Europe who isn't sat on their PC 24/7, they get screwed because the promotion gets cancelled mid session or people don't even see the promotion in Canada and South America before it gets cancelled because they're at work or whatever.

24 hours is fair for everyone. If I was Brazilian and reading about this promo that I didn't get a chance to play, I'd be mega pissed right now.

Wouldn't expect anything else from Stars in 2017 though.

I managed to win the second one I entered. 200 sng and 3 hours later I finally win a 2nd one only to find the challenge had expired 10 minutes earlier with no warning. Not happy!

This would be a great challenge if only it was managed better. Why not just give everyone a set amount of time to complete it?

I mean I noticed that there was a text saying that the challenge could be ended early, but I thought that it would happen if it was abused or something. Not just because Pokerstars didn't feel like paying out more.

So like half of my account balance is currently non-withdrawable, because I deposited £100 so that I probably wouldn't have to reload (and because I don't keep money on Stars any more). Stopped playing when the promo was pulled and they want me to wager everything once which is like another $70 before they'll let me withdraw my blinking money. ****s.

At least I won like $30 before they cancelled the promo. Oh, and a ****ty ****ing chest. Yay.

woke up still drunk @ 14:20 finnish time today and saw this promo, had 13 bucks on stars.. put it all into 180mans, won one $0.5 tourney, then took a little break after which i played ~25 more and won 2 of those and was awarded 5k. Can't complain

Thanks for sharing. I am really hoping you guys got something from the extra liquidity at least (plus the shootout OFC).

We picked a time to get most players. Making the promo region specific would have required us to “break” it into 2 or 3 promos and have a budget and timeout for each.

I pity most the Czech players who get very few promos at all (and not this one) or the France/Spain players who get no 180 liquidity.

Cliffs: It’s not possible to make everyone happy all the time.

This was a shot at making a very specific group (namely; those savvy players who loved this promo in 2015) something to get stuck into.

For the record, we ran so bad on the reward randomiser. 5k was outnumbering 1k by 3:1 at one stage. The guy who scripts it had to recheck it... it was fine.
