I'm looking for a decent chipset and might be interested in grinding starscoin and get that one from the PS shop.
Who has got that one from shop? Good quality?

Hey Krusty - used to always get Amazon gift certificates in the store, and would used those to buy all sorts of stuff ... holiday gifts, cookbooks, DVDs, phone chargers, etc. Maybe picking up an Amazon gift certificate, and getting the chip set at Amazon might be another option if the gift certificates are availabie in your area?


As well, do seem to remember people talking about the chip set from the store in this thread a while ago ...

Anyways, finally found the review of the chip set - and they seemed to be quite happy with it?

I want to know why nobody is answering my emails , for some reason that i dont know , stars block my account , i ban myself for 1month so i couldnt been playing , and then out of the blue i cant login anymore, ive send over 10 emails in 1 week and nothing, not only i have money in my account , i need it back . So please answer my emails and give me back my account.

Is anyone else getting this error? Just started today, was playing last night perfectly fine.

Everytime I hit upgrade it just relaunches Stars and brings me back to this error.

In Canada, if that matters.

Ok so I have noticed some players have been getting these mtt challenges, ring game challenges with decent prizes but the challenges are a little bit challenging... wondering what type of players are getting these challenges - are they losing players? Do they play a lot? Or randomly chosen ones (very unlikely tho)?





Anybody here got invited to these type of challenges?

Today my "Boost on" range is much shorter. Anyone notice the same?
I'm playing for silver chests and need 3400 points like always, but my boost is only 480 points, I think it used to be about 1000 points.

Does anyone know of any freeroll codes? I like playing freerolls as a break from cash once in a while but I have no tickets.

It just means you are playing good and winning. The better your results the more your chests cost and the less boost you get. This results in lowering your expected rakeback %. Losing players get cheaper chests and a boost of up to 50% of the cost of a chest so they get a higher rakeback %.

? you didnt get the core premise of this whole system? The whole point of the chest system is that chest are way cheaper for losing players. My gold chests were 18k points (180$ rake), some players here reported getting them for 3,2k points (32$ rake), same goes for boosts.

yea its really nice very happy with it. Also I opened 5 chests today, im a break evenish player and got 7 stars coins and 40 cents in t$, bad when Bodogs 1% rakeback is better lol. paid prob close to 50 bucks in rake. Im back to playing bodog, jesus the toughest games and worst rakeback.

Was looking at the FT cards up replays in the software and was wondering if there was a way to start a replay from the beginning? Whenever I click on one to watch it, it looks like it just starts from some random hand at the FT, could be 3 players left, 6, 8, etc.

How do you find these personalised challenges??

Especially the Elky one Kind of neat that they're offering custom promos to some people though ... yes, wonder how they were picking who to give promos to? PS sent me some free Spin & Go tickets for my birthday this year, but didn't get anything this year ...

Have to log in twice a day to play The Deal, and don't oftentimes check my challenges - may have checked maybe a week ago, and it still seemed to be showing that shootout with a grand prize of a live tournament package to one of the PokerStars tourneys?

1. Spinball - this showed up in my challenge window today. But it seems to have harder tasks than last time, with smaller prizes?

Spent so much time on the Usain Bolt promo, and it took so long to make so little $ - maybe if was a better player, the promo would have been more lucrative?

Not sure if will participate in these promos this time around - they're asking us to play so much, for so little a bonus ... guess if was going to play anyways, it's a nice little extra. Maybe fun to play once or twice, just for fun?

The first year of that promo was good (straight flush, 180's), last time they ran it (last year?) didn't it end up as a daily ragedollar with the decent promos removed? Given how this year has went it'll be a daily rage-twenty-five-cents... that's just not as catchy.

The weather was really terrible this afternoon, and was getting worse by the minute - so was hoping to kick off the start of indoor fun season with a little poker, and opened up a cash table hoping to try the Card Match ...

Was shocked to see that Card Match mostly only pays $0.10 now, for matching 9/10 cards Just went round one orbit, closed the table and went to take a nap instead
