Any particular reason for not running that promo again? I'm gonna assume Stars ended up paying a lot more than they would have thought, if that's the case, try running those challenges again with lower prizes. And if you think players didn't enjoy those challenges, the only way to know is if you run a poll on twitter or send us survey mails and ask us which promo did we enjoyed the most or what type of promo would we like to see back?

Just a quick note - the Windows update today appears to be causing issues with The Deal. As a result, we have turned off The Deal for Windows clients while we work on a fix. It will continue to run on IOS and Mac during this time. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Every update breaks something, you're not testing anywhere near enough before releasing them.

It's not difficult to fix - hire better developers (or stop outsourcing to third world countries), vastly increase the QA budget, stop adding gimmick games until what's already there works.

How in any rational world is this an acceptable solution? Windows users have to be an overwhelming majority of customers. When you have a progressive jackpot game you can not exclude the majority of customers who have been putting money into the jackpot and keep giving a minority of customers a continuing opportunity to win that jackpot. It should be paused for all until a solution is available.

Whats with aggressive spamming campaign from all addresses before this weekend, for everything and anything for each new Spin ''we are Giving away!'' scam only increased rake. And i am used to being sent couple emails a day from operators that signed me up with a poker rb deal only to rouge on it a month later, and now only send me misleading titled Live Roulette emails everyday

They have probably checked from the reports that mac users plays more the deal. Just like they use it as explanation removing features like the tabs.

Damnn totally misread it

It's not the first time they've made it so that you can't un-register from an event after winning a sat entry. (By the way, there we're warnings about this every time you hit the register button for a sat).

They do this for various special events and for a few reasons. One being that they want as many players as possible to 'actually play the event', mostly due to the fact that, they've put up a massive Guarantee and they need the entries to cover it. Another reason is to stop the REG's who would otherwise use the opportunity of the extra sat's running to grind them simply for the T$ (a lot of those sat's being pretty soft due to the amount of REC's trying to gain a ticket).

It may seem like a new thing but, it's not - it just doesn't happen that frequently.

Was able to play for the first hour before sitting out, and there were two sitters at the table - maybe we were the only three with our heads in the clouds who didn't notice the message about not being able to unregister ... but am taking comfort in the fact that at least wasn't alone in missing the fine print

Guess sometimes it can just take a little time to get used to stuff that might be a little different from normal? So after it happens the first time, hopefully those of us who didn't see the message this time will remember to look for it next time
