Question about card hunt. Does every one hunt the same card? For example mine appear to be all 7's i'm sure it changes daily but is it the same for everyone? Does everyone have 7's today and then tomorrow 10's for example? Just curious

I had 4x all the aces on tuesday, Every royal flush on wednesday and aces again today (thursday).

After today's client update, I'm checking 'Program Files (x86)\PokerStars' as usual for any new files that could hint at upcoming poker innovations.


What I've noticed is that a new subfolder '\casual\split-holdem' has been created, which contains a few graphic files, including images of a blue table felt with an orange crack that seems to depict lava that's about to flow out of the crack (\casual\split-holdem\fg-border.png; \casual\split-holdem\backgrounds\Reflective.jpg).

My conclusion is that a poker variant called 'Split Holdem' is coming. There are no new sound files, though.

Some few weeks ago when we had this challenge (Suit race I think) some of the prizes were the deal tickets and during those days, deal jackpot would hit so often. So why not come up with a challenge/promo that would give you $5 spin n go millionaire tickets. Think you should spam those $5 tickets everywhere like chests, daily tourney $5 spin n go ticket giveaway to hundreds of players, inside one of the spin n go max prizes, social media, and even the deal prizes. With more and more players playing $5 spins, the probability of hitting $215 sm ticket and $1.2m prizepool would increase just like it did during the suit race promo. (I could be dead wrong here but I hope you get my point :P)

Also, the jackpot element should be introduced to other formats as well like sit n gos (including power ups), mtts - sunday storm especially.

I searched online for the event schedule for 2018 but was unable to find it. Does any1 know when are the events this year?for example SCOOP/micromillions etc.

SCOOP is tentatively May 6 to 21.

It's in the lobby now, and it's as simple as NLHE with 2 boards dealt always, half the pot going to the winner on the top board and half to the one on the bottom board.

The rake seems the same as in usual cash games

The name is fancy, but the game is of course not new. In particular, PLO with 2 boards (not just RIT, but 2 boards dealt always) has been played at the Russian site 'GamblerGames' since at least 2013 when I was there briefly, was unpopular there.
