I was playing the SPIN & GO 2x challenge today, and had the challenge window open while playing. I was at 95 points, and after placing 2nd in a S&G to cross the 100 point level, the progress bar never moved. The top of the window said completed and listed my reward (woohoo, 50 cents, he says sarcastically), but the progress bar continued to say 95/100.

Can you please send a screenshot or logs if you have them? If not, please could you send this info to support and ask them to forward to David Lyons (that way I will have your userID).

That being said, this promo is even worse than people imagine:

Most won't even get the ****ing rare cards or complete the rows because of different probabilities on the "common" cards.

So just to be clear:

My chances to win $3k are 0,05% * 0,0005% = 1:400,000,000

I never comment because i gave up on pokerstars promotions a long time ago, ( i remember the last good promotions that were the "win with random hands and get all ins shootouts which brought thousand of players in the zoom pool and also were great value") but this "promo" is really a joke, you are giving players a less than 5% chance of getting $1, the EV of playing the daily spin only is probably less than a penny.

I guess people in charge think recs will like the spinning wheel and deposit but when they get $0 at the end of the week i dont think they will be happy.

I rather have a 0.0005% to win $1000 than a 0.005% chance to win 100. There is no reason to believe that they would change the ev of the promotion. Well at least not increase it

The promotion seems fun, but I play elsewhere now. Would actually be fun if they had a trading card game for money.

During last 2x "promo" i was downgraded to 0,25$ guaranteed win - I play up to 15$. This promo is even worse as it takes place only once per week. I guess it's not even worth time to spin that very very slow spinning wheel for 10 minutes in a row to spin all 60 spins for even 25 cents spins winning player.

At least make auto-spin possible, so 0,25$ winning players are not giving up their hourly wasting time spinning it manually!

It's 89,9995% to win 0,25$, 10% to win 0,5$ and 0,0005% to win 1000$. Rare card is worth 0,75$ 89,9995% of the time and 1,5$ 10% of the time.

25c. Which makes no sense, as my last 1200 games have been $7s exclusively. Stars is really jumping the shark, there is no way they're gonna bring people to Power Up using this ****.

That's why you should only post lowest tier prices and probabilities in the public forum, not some "special whale bonus package" prices and probabilities.

Okay.. so not only was it impossible for me to finish the whole thing even with all spins - the one I did win in the top row didn't even get me a ****ing reward! (the tournament ticket is for getting a rare card)

But I guess I should be.. happy? for getting TWO rares?
