Fwiw if you play your normal hours and can't clear the special chests they will drop the value after few chests. Still the same 40% back.

Yeah my bad I used to get these special chests but now they are just strd challenges. But the point is the same if you just play and don't finish them the value will drop but the return will be the same.

Make the 2-day Sunday millys start on Saturday! I can't really take Mondays off work to play especially if there are still 100s of players left I imagine a lot of other players who work Mondays think the same thing and avoid playing.

Just wondering... has anyone been able to take advantage of the vault promo and actually get a chest? To me, it seems like the only ones that will be able to get one much less complete it would be:

1.new players that are just starting at the lowest level so they can breeze thru regular chests

2. High stakes players at the highest level that can put in enough volume to get many chests

3. the few that are able to complete the "malfunction"

I think most of us are stuck at whatever level we are currently at and to actually get all the chests would make us play higher or put in more volume, which in turn causes you to move up levels.

In my case, I am paying 120k for diamond chests, which takes me about 2 weeks to clear. I have a feeling most of us are not willing/able to move up stakes or put in enough volume to grind out all the chests. Even then, the numbers are random and you may/may not actually open all the vault chests, right?

The promo is almost over and I haven't even gotten one yet. I'll probably get one more rewards chest before the vault promo ends. Who knows if the numbers I get will be the right ones?

Seems like all of these "promos" are weakly disguised attempts to make you play higher/more and in turn pay a ton more rake for pretty much insignificant rewards when compared to the rake you generate... Just like the "rewards" program

Oc they are. Just like any other rake based promotion out there. Well they actually pay more but the idea is the same to push the customers play more and rake more.

So I cleared 2 diamond chests this month for 120k each for a whopping $15 cash in each plus a 10k freeroll ticket I will never use.

The stupid vault promo is a total misleading scam. MAYBE its true you get x amount with a 1 in 1000 chance to get a really big prize (in my case, 99.9% chance for $87.50 and .1% for $2500)...

BUT what they dont say is how hard it is to even get a single number to match, much less clear enough regular chests to get enough matching numbers for all 3 chests. They give you 2 numbers for one chest right off the bat so seems you have a 1 in 10 chance to get that last number with each chest cleared right? I really wonder what percentage of players were able to get even one... Seems IMPOSSIBLE to get all unless you are able to finish that "malfunction' feature.

As soon as they put "The Vault" they increased my regular chest from 14.000 to 48.500 and in order to get one vault chest,you need at least two.Needless to say,for a tournament player it's almost imposible to clear,not to mention the ridiculousness value of those chests.So,i reach to the point where the rakeback is negative,because i get almost no rakeback and i pay fees for deposits(2%).Indeed it's misleading,but it's just another way to screw regular players/depositors

Hate to say it but Pokerstars is dying... With all the changes and poor management and customer service they have ruined the best online poker platform. Yesterday was playing plo10 with 7 players in the pool at one point!
The pool has been shrinking for awhile now but usually the low is about 20. Its weird how the player pool dramatically shrinks from 40ish down to low 20s most days at about the same time. It recovers after an hour or 2 and at peak it hits maybe 100 which is ok but never saw 7 unless it was a restart or something like that. Really pathetic....

Does anyone know if progress is affected in current challenges (pokerstars fc) when resetting to previous chest tier? Usually you stay at current tier till the remainder of the challenge I believe.

Not sure where this post goes... but I got an exclusive rakeback challenge today... gonna be very hard at my stakes to reach it. My question is do the happy hours on zoom count towards redemption points for this challenge as double points too or only for the chest rewards chests. Thanks I’m advance

No. I played many times during happy hours while having challenge going on. I was thinking the same and realized that it doesn't give you more points to exclusive rakeback challenge.
