I have two as well, they clear at 25% so i'm assuming 1 in the next 4 will have it, but I'm diamond i had 2 really quickly, so who knows.

Players at the tables are mentioning it too. They're probably getting a million inquiries on it on top of the normal volume they're already swamped with...

Guess it'll be fixed in Feb?

Last friday, a few tables were frozen during play and everyone was forced to leave after waiting around for 10+ mins. That money was never put back in our accounts and support has not yet responded. I think it's quite disappointing that this issue hasn't taken first priority for stars to fix.

Just play a couple of hyper heads up 1 dollar SNG's. You should be able to burn through these in 5 minutes...lol

You got 5 times more than $0.20 so you should be 5 times as grateful lol.

I once opened a chest and it made the next chest easier to open and that was it. It is crazy how the site is sometimes.

I've tried contacting them through Twitter but no responses. I even tried to get help from Garry Gates who is a PokerStars Pro but they still didn't budge. Garry did try to help so I appreciate that!

I'm actually pretty pissed off because I was on my way to getting my bonuses unlocked, better chests, and had tickets to tournaments. I missed the PACOOP because of this but they had 0 sense of urgency to assist me.

I feel like I'm just wasting my time trying to get help from them, sending e-mails back and forth. I heard that there is a PokerStars PA rep on the site so I figure I'd send this through just to see if I could get in contact with this person.

I'm new on here, so hopefully i'm replying correctly. I've had this same problem for a few days now. My account was working fine. My friend can log into his device on the same wifi, instantly verifies his location. Then I'll log on my account with the same device/wifi, and it just never verfiies, so I cannot sit on tables anymore.

I've missed three days of playing now, and cannot get a reply from anyone that says anything but "the technical team will work on it. Sorry for the inconvenience"

I'm having the exact same issues. Everything worked fine until about 5 days ago, now they can't verify my location. I've tried different devices and different connections, nothing works, just seems to be my account. Makes me mad, but glad to know there are others.

same problem for me...all good until 5pm today, now hung up when trying to verify my location, both from my desktop and cell. ugh. I uninstalled the app from both cell and pc, cleared cache, made sure wifi is enabled, etc...it is absolutely an account issue, not geolocation.

What address do i use for pokerstars PA is it okay if i use the address of a starbucks, i don't live in PA but i live NJ but i'm just asking if i need an address to a residence

I've been doing everything possible to get this resolved, and get back to playing. As soon as i find a solution i'll let you guys know here. If anyone gets this fixed before me, please let the others know here.

You use your own residence. You don't have to live in PA, just be physically located in Pa to play. I live in NY and have an account I've played on a few times while in PA.
