Oh well thats ****. I imagine they will keep increasing it as you hit them.

edit: just read this on that page, so it appears they do change em, not sure how I missed it before:

"Reward point requirements depend on the Chest type you are playing towards, but are also personalized based on your profile. Some of the factors which impact points requirements are recent activity, game-type and net deposits."

Mine hasn't been yet, but I'm half expecting them to shoot it down because it's too controversial even though it shouldn't be.

You have to drive over to Pennsylvania to download the software.

I am going to say no. Reading about it on their site states that they personalize the amount to open chests.

Reward point requirements depend on the Chest type you are playing towards, but are also personalized based on your profile.

Few things noted to date....

- response time for questions/complaints are extremely slow. Just got a response to a question I posed almost three weeks prior

-in my opinion the bonuses are paid out at a terrible rate. I made my first deposit using their 100% match up to $600 and after playing a ton of MTTs, SNG’s and some cash games I have received only 20% of my bonus back to date. I haven’t calculated it yet but the amount of money you need to spend to get your match back seems to be pretty ridiculous

-agree with post about something as simple as avatar change. Mine is not controversial or questionable in any way and 2 weeks with no change after request

-iPhone software could be improved with lobby’s like you get using a pc where you can see info about cash games to join instead of just picking a stake and being stuck at a new table waiting for opponents

-non turbo SNG’s please

-MTTs with longer blind levels. Many effectively run close to a turbo rate

Happy to have option to play again but a ton to work on. Based on slow account response time I would guess a while before we get a rep on here.

I dont think thats right, I was able to get 2k on within a week. 1k per deposit(1k max through paypal).

Not sure on exact rules from a week/month perspective, but I image there are limits, just dont think its that low.

For people who have done a withdrawal with PayPal, does PayPal take a fee for a stars withdrawal?

MTTs earn the same number of points in PA and NJ as cash games (100 reward points per $1 in tournament fees / rake). This was a website issue that will be fixed today where were were incorrectly displaying our global earn rates. Apologies and thanks for flagging.

Yes, the number of reward points to complete your progress bar can vary.

I have been passing on the rest of the feedback in this thread to my colleagues, particularly the ones on support times, to make sure they're being looked at. While I'm not as active posting here as in the past, you can always send me a DM if you have a particular issue that you feel isn't being handled properly and I will try to assist.

Thanks,
Dylan

Very good, a PS rep in the thread! Thank you!

I sent you a DM about the Mac Catalina "Unable to find location" issue. If you prefer to address it here in the thread for everyone to see that would be fine and you don't need to reply to the DM.

Thanks again for posting here!

Thank you very much for taking time this weekend to reply in this thread, Dylan.

Your help and that of players, contributors, and mods is greatly appreciated -- which probably doesn't get said enough on these boards.

Happy Thanksgiving weekend to you and yours from Mexico City. And best of luck at the tables to Pennsylvania online poker players.

-David

So the visa was rejected from my iPhone using the app but the same card worked when I did it from my computer.

Not in PA but wondering what the poker economy in a single state is like. What limits are 6max NL and PLO running with any regularity? What about heads up and mixed games?

This is right now. two people playing two tables of 10/20 nlhe, 500plo tends to get a full table or two on weekends, maybe holidays is killing it.

edit: no HU tables, although at higher stakes(>1k) people will let you play HU

Wow! Look at those players to the flop numbers!

On ROW stars right now the comparable numbers are:

100 nl (Zoom) 14%
200 nl (Zoom) 17%
200 nlh 26%
100 nlh 15 - 25%

Volume wise, as weird as it seems the number of reg speed tables (ie game availability) does not seem to be hugely different, giving the huge disparity in playing pool size?? (maybe I'm reading it wrong?)

Obviously Zoom attracts much of the playing pool regs and recs both. Do you guys have Zoom?

And ROW is of course massively poorer, so vast majority of playing pool is at micro (nano) limits.

tl/dr Your games look juicy!!

Is there any Omaha Hi-Lo action? I live a couple hours away and would consider getting a hotel and spending a weekend playing poker and sports betting every now and then.

Also, should there be any problem making an account and playing on public wi-fi?
