Still, playing mobile on 4G with my Wifi turned off works fine as well. Same for sports betting on several sites actually. Even in a moving vehicle on the highway nowhere near WiFi. Have done that as a passenger.

One time my internet konked out at home during a power outage mid-tourney. I reconnected the laptop via my 4g hotspot on the very same phone that works for mobile. But with 4G hotspot ti my laptop it gave me location errors and wouldn't let me connect which I thought was interesting. Thankfully my power came back in a few minutes and location was fine again.

They can verify positioning as long as you’re getting a signal by utilizing the gps on your phone.

I'm only able to play on my mobile phone. When I try on my laptop connected to the same wifi connection as my phone it never works. Strange and annoying as I would love to play more than 4 tables atva time. Every once in a while I'll get kicked off playing on mobile. Nevermore infuriating than this past Sunday after I satellite into the Sunday 100k, after the first break I was hit with the location problem and couldn't reconnect for 40 minutes. I blinded down to 15 bigs and shoved AKo with around 8 bigs and busted. Super disappointed as I was really excited to play a 100k as I don't get to play big mtts like that very often and I feel like I got really screwed over. Oh well it wasn't meant to be for me. Seems like it never is.

When my laptop would pick up only two networks, I would turn on the hotspot feature on my phone. This would pop up a third network visible and allow me to play. I wasn’t connecting to it, so the data usage was very minimal, but you just need it to show another network nearby.

The other option is a hi-gain wireless network card. It seems to have worked for others and might work for you. I’d buy from amazon and return that if it doesn’t work. Gl

I started playing PS PA like 4 months ago. For what ever reason i cannot open chests at home. I have to leave my house with my cell and turn off wifi for it to open. Its a pain in the ass anyone have any ideas?

I emailed support and self excluded from the casino. Not because I didn't trust myself but because I thought the casino bonuses were stupid and very spam like.

I wouldn't put myself on any exclusion list at all tbh. I know a guy who self-excluded from a shithole casino through the PGC 10 years ago for only a year and he isn't allowed to play on PA stars. I just set my casino limits to $0 and mark the option of 24hour delay if i want to change it. Good for almost guaranteeing no blackout drunk online casino disasters.

I have a question about the first deposit bonus and withdrawals.

I am playing through my deposit bonus grinding .25/.50 and I've unlocked $280/$600. I won a little bit of cash in a MTT the other night and I'd like to cash that out but wanted to make sure initiating a withdrawal wouldn't affect my bonus. I know there are some restrictions around withdrawals and claiming a deposit bonus so wanted to make sure I don't screw anything up.

I winthdrew funds at the 1st of June, and it still haven't processed. Both support@starsaccount.com and support@starsaccount.eu are not answering my mails. Nor the messages I send through the client itself. What is going on?

Yeah, I know I used live chat a month ago or so about a really little thing. But I can't remember exactly where I accessed it and I don't see it now. The Live Chat was very helpful and quick when I used it. If i had another problem there is a good chance i would come here before going to their "we probably won't respond" contact us form.

For the 50% off Sunday tournament promo, does that mean that for every $50 in the prize pool, stars counts that as $100, or does it just mean that the buyins are reduced by 50% but the guarantees remain the same?

IOW, unless there is an overlay, is it just a normal tournament?

I was wondering what they meant by that too. I figured they were just keeping the same guarantee while lowering the entry...because they expected entries to probably hit the guarantee anyway with no overlay due to the holiday weekend.
Pretty unexciting promo if you ask me. But maybe the overlay was more significant than I was guessing....in which case...Not Bad!!

Interesting that $50 entry isn't listed as 46+4 or anything like that. I couldn't immediately find the tourney take on the buyin. No idea how many points you get.
Was it previously a 93+7 that is now a 43+7? That would be quite the rip off. I doubt they did that but they aren't really clear.
