You gotta install app cleaner and put poker stars in it then remove trash , reinstall it and I made a new user and it worked

I still can't get it to work on my mac. I went back and forth with customer support about ten times last night. I tried the app cleaner, I made a new administrator username, downloaded PSNJ a bunch of times but still nothing.

I keep getting to the point where it says "update available". If I hit update, everything goes away. So frustrating.

Thanks for the kind words, I'm happy and honoured to be a small part of launching in NJ. And if you are meeting Lee tomorrow or Saturday, be sure he picks up the tab at the end!

The most significant update I can share going into tonight is that players who didn't get to use the deposit bonus offers last night due to our technical issues will be sent an email shortly detailing how they can select which of the two offers they want by entering a Star Code. It should be easier (and more efficient) than going back and forth with Support. The instructions will be in the email, but if anyone has questions let me know.

We are expecting that players signing up and depositing tonight should be able to use the bonus codes as intended.

I will be keeping an eye on this thread to report issues and provide any updates if relevant. Many of the unresolved issues are still being worked on.

Hope you all enjoy tonight's testing session and that it goes smoothly.

trying to use the PSNJ android app. after i log in it says " LOCATION . location services on your device are currently turned off. Please enable location services in system settings in order to participate in real money games"

i checked and loc serv is enabled and all my other njpoker apps are working.

But changing setting to settings<location<mode< click on high accuracy gps and networks seemed to fix it. for now

Has the sound issue been fixed? It was a minor issue yesterday, but was a bit annoying.

I downloaded several times all day. The last time I downloaded, somewhere around 8-10pm, it finally worked like a normal app on install with no errors.

I just tested it and I can play there with my Mac.

also i see some stud mtts. i think stud 8 or HORSE would get more runners. Maybe im wrong?

looking at the daily mtts and im glad theres a few 5$ and 10$ freezeouts but i feel like they should be at 2-3x bigger Guarantees.

some 1-3$ rebuy turbos w an ok guarantee would be cool. and a 5$ and 10$ rebuy

I can confirm the bonus box is there and that the STARS600 deposit code worked for me.
Also shows up under my bonuses, so it appears all is working

I just forwarded a solution to Dylan. I spent about a hour with optimum's tech support to get this problem fixed or at least the root cause of the problem.

Spin&Go rake is listed as 7% but calculating from the payout structure on the web site yields a figure of 6.867%. Probably the 7% figure is just rounded up, but hoping to confirm the web site payout structure is 100% accurate.

Probably unrelated, but could it be a matter of validating your email which could have gone to your Spam folder?

I assume you're referring to FTP Points. The person responsible for the FTP VIP Program was away today, but I will be chasing the issue tomorrow morning and hope to have an update. No, when I try to convert my account, I get an error message saying to contact support. I emailed them last night, but since I haven't heard back yet, I don't want to email again under the assumption they're busy and/or just aren't really sure what the problem is.

Also, where do you see any bonus you are clearing? UI seems really different now, but it has been over 5 years...

Literally did the exact same thing...just assumed the first deposit was automatic. E-mailing support now.
