I had stopped playing on Stars for awhile. This month I went back to it and I've been running great. In the $10k this month I've placed 1st, 3rd, 7th, 10th and 12th. I've also done well in other tournaments, 2nd in a $200 bounty, 1st in the midnight $20 etc. (This ends the humble brag portion of my post)

I go to check the leaderboard and I'm not in the top 100. This doesn't seem possible to me. Then I find where it has to be checked to be included in the leaderboards and it is checked. Then I find where they can email you your current points, and my total points for the month is 0.

I'm awaiting a reply from support, but has this happened to anyone else?

Not sure, but you had not been opted when you played those tournaments therefore you received no points. I wouldn't expect the points to be retroactive after deciding to opt in.
Basically, it looks like you will have to repeat your success in order to appear on the leaderboard.

To be more clear...

I never opted out. I went to the screen to verify that I was opted in and the box to opt in was already checked.

They just emailed me back, told me there's a technical issue they are working on, gave me my point total and told me what place I'm in.

Is there any way you can get hand histories sent to you more than the last 200 hands? I requested hand histories for the last week (where I played ~2,500) but unfortunately I cannot obtain them. I did put in a special request yesterday with Stars so it may just be that I need to wait until a customer service rep reviews and sends next week when they are back.

Along the same lines: Is there anyway to download tournament hand histories? Will they show mucked hands in there?

Anyone else not able to open chests or opt-in to the Challenges? All I'm getting are black screens.

Didn't call support yet - figured I'd check in with you guys first.

i get that all of the time on my old laptop. i'm ok on phone or different laptop. try a different device, or try again tomorrow.

Yea, I've lost several cardx boxes because I can't open them. Thanks for the tip about opening the boxes online, that does work.

Not a big fan of the rework, text is pretty small and doesn't fill out the screen quite as well when tiled IMO.

It's no longer verifying my location. Support wasn't able to help... Wifi On. Ive been told to reboot, but it's not picking up location. I've got 7 wifi networks nearby. Any other suggestions?

It doesn't work with cell phone hotspot either. Support and security pushes me to use their app. I prefer to multitable =(

Nothing yet. Last year they ran it in quite a late slot - the second half of October. We may be seeing the same again this year. If that's the case, you might not see the schedule for another week or so - In 2019 it was late September they released details.
