For the moment, please contact support@pokerstarsnj.com. I'll look into whether this is a technical issue or not, but if it's not a technical issue, Support will be able to advise how to proceed verifying your account.

For privacy reasons, I'll be unable to discuss specific account details or cases in this thread, which is why contacting support for an account issue is your best bet. If you think it's a technical issue or general feedback, then happy to try and help.

When I try to download it from my iPhone it says Item not available. The item is not currently available in the US store. when I try to download it from Pokerstars.COM it takes me to the .net site which is play money. Someone please help.

I used to have that issue too on other sites - I ended up solving it by using my parents address, which I guess was my permanent address (in PA), rather than the NJ location I was living out of.

Can anyone download the mobile software on their smartphones right now? (edit: I have an andoid phone and I'm pretty sure it is not in Google Play Store.)

No I cant get it either. Deleted all my cookies and browsing history tried on my mac and pc. Nothing. Anybody can provide a link to get in I would appreciate it. Sent a request to support . If I get a response I will share.

thanks ill give it a go. with other sites i emailed them pics of my various id papers and got verified a few days later. as long as i can get on b4 the 27th ill call it a win.

would love to know what the hang up with me getting id verified on njipoker sites is. Ive used my ss card (im guessing thats the issue) for schools, jobs, health insurance and never a problem.

hmm i wonder if i type in some old addresses that might get me verified? think ill wait until support gets back to me.

Nobody finds the other deposit bonus appealing?

Dylan, does the 100%/$600 bonus come with a ticket to a $5000 Depositor Freeroll? Too bad this bonus doesn't also come with a spin & go ticket, too. Would like to see what all the hype is about without risking my own money.

This is what every deposit screen looks like for me (no spot to input code) and it is the last (and only) screen you see before the deposit goes through. Someone just asked at a 6max table I am sitting at if anyone else was unable to input a bonus code and literally all 5 other players said they were also unable to.

Really blown away with a very fun beta test. Once I was logged in software/account/deposit all worked great. Using the same table theme and avatar as 2011 it was so nostalgic!

Hi Dylan,

I have a RSA Token still tied to my account, when I tried to log into the ROW site, I was given a prompt.

I understand the need for security, which is why I got it in the first place. However, it's been almost 5 years since I had a need for the token and just threw it out.

I've written support and just waiting for a response back. This won't be too much an issue, will it?

The $600 Bonus comes with one ticket to the $5,000 Depositor Freeroll, played at 18:00 ET on the last Sunday of every month, as well as 1M free Play Money chips.

I expect the Play Money chips to be the main selling point...

There's a confirmed issue with the deposit code field. It's at the top of the list of issues being looked into.

Apologies for the inconvenience. As mentioned, we will honour the deposit offers for players who were unable to take advantage of them due to this issue.

They should be able to disable the RSA until you're able to get a new one, if you choose. Our security handles this, though, and they'll be able to give you specific details.

It's understandable to lose your RSA over a 5-year span, so I don't expect any hassle.
