Welcome to NJ!
1. Player pool is what it is. At it's peak it was a bit larger but has plateaued. Got to work with what you have.
2. Yes WSOPNJ and 888 are same site, different skins.
3. In terms of volume yes PokerStarsNJ is the highest, followed by NJPartyPoker/Borgata and then WSOP/888
4. Yes NJ will be joining player pools with NV and DE. Time frame is unknown when it will start. Your guess is as good as anyone else's. FYI WSOP/888 is the only site currently operating in all three states so they'll have an advantage when player pools eventually combine.
5. Each state has to first legalize online poker then approve PokerStars to operate in the state before we'll see multi state PokerStars action. Some states like Nevada are adding "bad actor" clauses to their poker bills which prevents companies like PokerStars to operate in their state. Basically it's going to be awhile before you'll see larger player pools on United States poker sites.
6. Depends what you consider "lots of players". Currently there are four states that have legal online poker, Nevada, Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania games aren't up and running yet but are expected to start at the end of the year and does plan on combining player pools with the other states but again the time frame is unknown for that. Once those four states combine players pools I'd say they'll be a lot of players and plenty of cash game, high gtd tournaments.

1. Why are there so few players playing on the site? I checked during the day and the night. Obviously the tournament guarantees and player pool is going to be small. But how could there be this little? NJ is a pretty decent size state. Are there really that few players on the site? There basically isn't any tournament that has over 100 players. Surely that has to be much more than that poker players in NJ. Where are NJ players playing at then? Could they play on wpn? I know they cannot on ignition.
2. I downloaded the software for all the sites. But is wsopnj/888nj the same thing? Noticed when i opened one program, the other cant and it seem to be same tournaments?
3 Is starsnj the best in terms of number of volume players? I took a look and it seems borgatapoker has more player pool than stars which surprises me. The only tournament through all the sites that has the most players is that 15 dollare rebuy 5k gtd only and thats on wsopnj
4. Are there plans to extend to other states and if so when?
5. Wouldn't the process be very easy to make stars in all 50 states if they say okay its allowed in all 50 states and its allowed? Because i know you could only play on starsnj when you are actually in nj.
6. How many states would you guys think it take until this site gets lot of players? Would adding the big states like California, New York, Florida make it a pretty big site where there would be enough volume for cash game, tournament and sngs?
