I can't with this support team anymore. They are now telling me that Card Match opt-in button not showing up on some or even all tables occasionally, is by design and also because I must have completed the promo before I even started.....
I don't understand where I'm being unclear. This is going to be TLDR for most people, but this forum seems to have more competent PS support than e-mail, so hoping they catch this.
Me today (after having no buttons show up on Thursday at four tables):

What the...???
Am I not clearly explaining that Card Match buttons are never showing up. I completed the CM promo today on one of the two tables it actually showed on.
How can I make them understand that the buttons are not showing up at the start of the session?
Why are they not understanding that it should be available on every table until it is completed on one? If I had completed it, it wouldn't still be showing active in two of the tables from my screenshot, now would it?
Every time I e-mail them with an issue, the fault is always at my end. There are never any glitches on Pokerstars. Even when you point out obvious glitches, they refuse to acknowledge them, so I end up giving up most of the time.
