Pokerstars NJ isn't working, can't connect to server. Partypoker works fine though so it must be a stars problem.

When is this going to be fixed?

Anyone else lose the VIP progress Status Bar in the Lobby after yesterday's downtime?

Have no way of tracking monthly points now (although Steps bat still visible). While support has been responding to my inquiry, they sent me an 11 point process to undertake that they admit is a bit tedious and may not even work. I mean, I just wanna play poker. Assuming that if several people are having this problem, someone may have found an actual working fix?

Not actually zero, but close. I see .25/.50 games sometimes but if anyone was playing 1/2 or 2/5 is probably join.

And FWIW those games do run, just not consistently.

Sorry for triple post, just realized you probably meant limit. in that case, zero is probably accurate and I've never seen a game go off.

The latest client update released some changes in preparation of releasing the new Stars Rewards program in the first half of next year which remove references to the current VIP Club. Your VIP Steps progress bar is still visible and you continue to earn rewards as before, but as you've noticed the main impact is that it's not as easy to see your monthly VPPs total. If you'd like to know exactly how many monthly VPPs you have, you can download your playing audit or contact support who can tell you your exact count.

Correction to the above - you can still see your monthly VPPs (now called 'redemption points'in the NJ client (now called 'redemption points') by going to the Cashier and clicking on the 'i' icon next to your VIP Status.

Thanks Dylan. Someone should tell the support staff all of this as they've had me going nuts unistalling, manually deleting folders and reinstalling over the last few days. Considering this sounds like a universal change, I'm surprised nobody else has brought this to their attention.

so what are the details of the new rewards program that NJ stars is moving towards next year? is it really going to be the same that is used on ROW stars?

no i meant FLO8 and PLO8... NJ has more than 2x as many players as we have NV/DE and we get plo8 for about 15 hours a day. usually about 3-4 games in the evening... FLO8 1 game usually lwo stakes 3/6.

I see that the 'Winter Series' was announced on 01/13/17, and the first event started on 01/22/17. If you're going to do another 'Winter Series,' and any other series for that matter, can it please be announced at least 2+ weeks in advance? Thanks.

Reasons why:
*So players can build their bankrolls
*So players who live in another state can plan their trip to NJ
*So players who live in NJ can request time off work
*Events can always use some 'hype'

Hi, looking for some help please.

I made a deposit into pokerstars NJ a few months ago. I was having trouble depositing with my Visa card, so support recommended I use Neteller. I deposited via Neteller, played for a few days, then decided to cash out. Since then I have been trying to get my funds back out of Neteller with no luck. After 10+ talks with their support I’m about ready to give up with them. It’s been 4 months with no solution. Does anyone have any suggestions on a better way to get access to my funds? Thanks!

Today would have been a great day to grind MTTs with the hourly freerolls. Unfortunately, I still can't find any that aren't unlimited rebuys with at least a two hour late reg window. Considering the light prize pools, I would think an hour would be plenty sufficient, although I'd leave to those who are actually playing them to tell me whether that time investment is worth it.

It's just players using seating scripts, they're not working together. Stars won't add headsup because recs lose faster on these tables.

See MTTs are 1/2 price again. Semi-grinded my first Sunday since Stars returned last week because of this. Wasn't the most pleasant experience for reasons previously mentioned here (re-entries, length of late reg). Unfortunately, still no freeze outs again today. Did notice that the Half Price Sunday Warm Up came very close to hitting it's guarantee at 1/2 price without even counting re-entries last week, so the market to do something seems there to make reasonably sized single buy-in MTTs.

Were requirements for the Jacks or better promo increased? I remember hitting it easily within two hours of 3 to 4 tables in the past. Now seems impossible a 1K points without hitting quads.

So ever since this happened and support had me needlessly uninstalling, scrubbing out all PS software and then re-installing, my PS software refuses to open unless I manually delete the user.ini every time I want to open it. The response from support has basically been "oops. we give up."

It's become really infuriating having to do this and take 5 minutes to reset all of my settings every single time I want to play. I'm having no issues with anything else on my computer. Is there anyone who might know what this is?
