Hello,

I want to alarm other players to be very careful with the new interface of the PokerStars cashier.
Why?
Because it will deliberately try to force unfavorable options if you are not too careful.

My case.
I have an account with both EUR and USD balances. Preferred currency is EUR although this should not be relevant for the issue. My previous withdrawal was to my Neteller Account (EUR) from my EUR balance.
I recorded the steps of what I have done in this video.
What I did is to click next (the green arrow) and be done with it, since it has already picked the wanted withdrawal method - Neteller - and the amount was correct.

However,
you may have noticed that "Paid In" (btw flat design ftw) that says USD. As you can imagine I do not live in the US, nor is my preferred currency USD, nor have I chosen money from my USD balance.

So the software was kind enough to look through my past transactions, suggest correctly the Neteller withdrawal method, only to fill in the default option of USD in the "Paid In".
What ended up happening is - I lost around 6% of transaction fees - USD to EUR and EUR to USD conversions I guess.

Pokerstars' support were made aware of the issue and sent the aforementioned video. They did not take any corrective action - they did not refund me the lost money and the software still chooses USD as the default. They of course thanked me for the feedback...

I guess I could have been more careful in the process. Normally I am when the sites have more dubious reputation and I do not trust them. I guess I would need to add Pokerstars to that list.

I am not sure I have the time or energy to enter in some form of "legal battle", but I wanted to at least warn other people to be very very careful because you are not seeing your money back once you trust the software to behave reasonably.
