Something doesn't sound right there. They can't tell you how much to cash out. They might try to strong-arm him I guess, but unless they tell him to cash out and never come back, they can't tell him how much to cash out. Technically, and I wouldn't advise it, he could cash out $9,000 one day and 25 hours later cash out another $9,000. Sure, that won't trigger a CTR, however it would probably trigger a suspicious activity report, as would having someone else Cash out for you to avoid a CTR.

That is correct for Michigan state taxes. For federal you can deduct your loses but you have to itemize.

You have to configure the Stars hand history and tournament summary folders in the stars settings with the PT4 site settings to auto import from.

2nl grinder checking in...played 25nl / 50nl back in the day....way back in the day. Have had no major software issues so to speak.

I just cleared mine too. Also submitted my first cash out. Kind of interesting that they refund the original deposit immediately, but then say the rest of the funds will be processed within 72 hours. Anyone know if this is standard? (Using PayPal if that makes a difference.)

This software is trash jesus. Amazing they would roll out a heap when their old software was damn near perfect.

I can't get it to detect Stars at all, it says it's not installed. For some reason as I was playing the trial HUD kept grabbing Stars for the min hands. I tried manually typing in the folder and still nothing. Never had an issue before setting up, not sure what I did to cause issues.

This software is miles ahead on anything we've ever had before with ignition and ACR....

Been able to 8-12 table 200NL with no difficulty & have hotkeys set up, it's a wonderful experience compared to rebuy button regularly breaking & UI from ignition


Will have to see what their rakeback program is like & their initial bonus, takes 71,640 points for me now to get a black chest (was like in the 2x,xxx pts range earlier)

However have unboxed $210-$215 on stream like 3-4 times now from them..

I play 12-16 tables of ACR everyday for 6-8 hours and have less issues than I did in a few hour session on Stars tonight playing 6 tables at the max. I brought my set up with me, only difference is hotel Wi-fi but played ACR fine all night without issue. This software is worse than what Stars already had.

I haven't had a single problem with Stars on my desktop wired to a network. If anyone having problems is on a laptop, consider buying a cheap ethernet wire to plug your laptop directly into the router/modem/wall.

Definitely could be my issue on the hotel wifi. Quite possible the geo location stuff makes the connection flicker if it's not that great. I did figure out teamviewer isn't allowed as I tried to load my screen on my phone and got kicked out 5 minutes later lol.

Looks like you can submit custom images for approval now.

Issue was the App Data folder was hidden for some reason. Had to go into the drive and click "show hidden items" in case anyone else ever has the issue.

I'm about 3 hours away in Indiana. Definitely pleased so far, will be up here often to donate to you guys! I will say the pricing of the greenery here is a bit disappointing, expensive geesh!

How many simultaneous tables are you all playing, and at what limits?

I’m donking around after work, and I think I probably cleared my 600, or I’m down to the last couple of segments. I think I’m on the black chest you guys talk about, but I’ve gotten nothing more than three dollars cash or ten spins on a slot from them. After leveling the chests up to where they are, I’m probably not completing an entire chest per session, now.

About how many hands to clear the bonus? Are you able to cash out with it? I was looking to cash some out and it mentioned cancelling a ticket, but didn't show bonus. I'm trying to get my free $50 in the casino and man is the play through high!

Gotta say... It's pretty wild to me hearing people complain about Stars software when it's miles ahead of anything US players have had available the past 10 years. And not having to worry about the safety of the funds in your account... Just be thankful we have Stars again. And it'll only get better as party and possible GGPoker enter the market.

So let’s talk about Michigan poker players.

The PLO cash games seem pretty normal. A mix of pure fish, aggros, and solid players. Only difference that I can see compared to other sites is the amount of limping in .50/1 and below for PLO cash.

Tournies are a different story. Maybe the softest fields I’ve ever played, except in the mid to late 2000s when most were bad. Again with the limping. Min betting cbets, horrendous HU play and final table ICM considerations is not a thing in Michigan I guess.

Overall, I frickin love it but I assume this bad play won’t last forever but I’ll enjoy it while it lasts.

That's a damn fine point. I'm still having problems getting a HUD setup, which has been annoying, but at least I can play. The HUD will get itself worked out eventually w/ support. Thanks for the reminder to be grateful that we can play again.

Also, I've had no problems w/ the Stars software at all and it is nice to have hotkeys. I can't remember what program I use for that before back in the day, but it was a third-party program.

Come to think of it, it was a lot better than the hotkeys PS offers. It was nice to be able to hover over the table and press the back button of the mouse to fold when the table became active. Does anyone know what that program was and if it is still available?

I cleared my bonus too, but am still on the diamond chests. Similar to you, I'm not getting much in these. Up to 17 freeroll tickets, which are worthless. I think I once got a $10 casino bonus and $5 cash, but that was about the best I've had. (And that was a few levels ago.)
