Not sure how quickly MI will combine with NJ/NV. PA still hasn't combined with either that I know of. I think the 'response' has been ahead of expectations, but if there's any drop off they will quickly combine pools to keep the Regs happy. (If they even know what a Reg is)

Playing on your phone is a definite 'disadvantage' due to limitations of the App. No lobby is the biggest, which means you can't 'table select'. We had a cash-n-dasher come back to the table 4 times without taking a hand since the computer wouldn't seat him at any other table .. that was a LOL for sure. GL

It’s not shortsighted, why would anyone want to include ROW players at this point? It’s never going to go back to the “glory days” of 2004 unless we get a combined US player pool.

If you want to get an idea of what it’s like playing a site full of bots/super tough regs , go play $50blitz on ACR and tell me what your win rate is after a large sample.

Does anyone know the best way to submit feedback for new features? I'm guessing just email support, but I don't want it to fall on deaf ears if there's a better way.

Here's my list so far:

Functionality

• Add ability to table select from mobile app.
• Add ability to customize the background/felt color on a certain table instead of a global only change. (This would help when playing multiple game types, like PLO and PLO8.)

Game wish list

• Add full ring limit games.
• Unlock limit Omaha high tables. (I feel like I remember playing it on the old PokerStars pre-Black Friday. I would also assume this is already an approved game with the MGCB as it's been played at all the Detroit casinos at one point or another.)
• Related to the above, it would be great to have a LHE/LOH game. (This is a very popular limit mix with a steady regular player pool in Detroit.)
• Add a cap to the NL/PLO rounds in the 8-game mix. (This is already done on the international version of PokerStars.)

Finally got in had to resize some chit on my end and then walla the install button i was missing was there and boom. Get everything up and get ready to play and get hit with routine security check Been a few hours since i spit in the tube and sent it away hoping i find out i am who i think i am too

Federal laws. You're not going to see Stars (or the states) moving an inch towards merging pools unless it's something the federal government/DOJ permits.

I'm glad I can once again play online poker, but the number of technical bumbles has been a bit disturbing. Having your client download not 404 and letting people upload avatars is entry-level stuff. The first two days were a festival of 404s and bad network connections and pages inside the client not loading. I feel like they should have been a lot more ready for this launch.

On the other hand, I can play at Stars, or not at all, so I'm obviously going to play at Stars.

Has anyone received a good response from support regarding the freeroll tickets in the chests. I have 12 of them and they expire in April/May, so the majority of these are worthless. If these are included in the cash value of the chest, we should get something else.

I asked support just now and their response: "I am sorry. At this time these are the only rewards available. I will forward your concerns to my team."

This doesn't make sense either as I've received other rewards in the chests.

I'm not sure. I had a stars account that I haven't logged into since probably 2005. It would not let me reuse my username (0% chance someone else took it) but I also could not recover my previous stars account. Maybe there's a way to transfer it, but I'm not sure.

I am STILL waiting for them to do the security check and unlock my account after i sent them the info around 2pm est yesterday so frustrated here also...Hell bank,and state,neighbors and parents know who i am BUT if Stars has found out i am somebody better than a broke dik anxious to play Stars again i hope they tell me and adjust my balance accordingly

Anyone else having issues with the software? I downloaded it just fine but anytime there is a popup like using the cashier it is a blank window. I've tried on my Mac and my Windows 10 laptop and it is the exact same issue.

This. We need to enjoy the pool this way while we have it. Even the regs at 500nl and up aren’t playing anywhere near as well as the regs at 50nl blitz.

Agreed. I've been playing PLO and it's so soft compared to ACR. I'm not even sure if there's an equivalent stakes online because ACR is so bot infested. Almost plays like the equivalent live stakes.

Now they are making chit up to not unlock my account it is unreal! They finally get back say they received everything but my utility bill has a different address then al other information and they want an explanation why??? Unreal! I keep a P.OBOX for all my bills and it was the mailing address BUT directly to the right on the bill is the SERVICE address showing my physical address same as drivers license and Bank Information. I explained this to them in this last email and who the hell knows when i get a response back from this one it takes forever and if they just unlock my account i can not see me needing them EVER again lol. Absurd what i am going through

They asked for Drivers License front back asked for Utility Bill asked for most recent bank statement why i have no idea but i am a squared away honest person figure i shoot it off to them be quick look at and unlock.

The reply today them asking me to explain why i had a PO BOX address also on my Consumers Energy bill is just beyond me. We ALL get a Consumers Bill here in Michigan and it is pretty straight forward an easy to read so their reply really bothers me and also on Page 2 it clearly again shows Service address which is my Physical address matching ALL documents. I am not sure why i have been singled out on this and feel harassed at this point.
