My horror story with the mega bonus on PS

In order to participate, you can make a deposit of minimum $25 (€22 / £15 / CAD $30) using the bonus code MEGABONUS.

Went into cashier on the second week and deposited $30 CAD with code MEGABONUS, but a Pop Up always came up saying the deposit was wrong or the bonus code was wrong. When i tryed to contact support from cashier i got an error sign, so i opened another window and sent this off to support.There was no start chat i could click on.

It gets worst when i retryed this pass Monday with the so called help from live assistance

This pass Monday the same thing, so i opened up another window and emailed 3 times to dad. A chat box opened up in the cashier and she told me to put the money in but not the code and she would forwarded your email regarding the Mega Bonus to the team responsibl got this im my email

The ticket is gone put i got no random bonus.

But they said when i deposited my $30 Canadian it changed to US money and was not enough. I'm still fighting but they said they are very busy.

stars are giving rewards of up to 100k to everyone who deposits once a week for four weeks. Could we share what everyone else is receiving? Im just curious. on the 4th I deposit $25 and received $20. Ill post what I get in weeks 3 + 4.

1st week $25 US I got $5 instant

Same the 2nd week

3rd week I deposited $50 and got a 100k all in shootout ticket, meh

So it is $30 CAD not $33 as you state. I would need $25 US if i doposited in US funds as it states on the MEGABONUS page but $30 CAD and 22 if i deposited in Euro and 15 if i used the pound sterling from the UK.

No that is not right. I was talking to them live and on emails.

That is why they use this chart. If you deposit $25 US or 22 Euro or 15 Pounds UK or $30 CAD with the code you get a bonus. Show me were on the sight it says you have to add $3 Canadian to the $30 CAD in order to participate?

Thanks for trying to help though. If $30 Canadian is only $22 US then 3 more Cad is not going to bring it up to $25 US dollars.

ive just dep. 1,500 and got a shoot out ticket. The amount you dep is irrelevant.

Three All-in Shootout tickets for me in a row, would rather get the $5 and go buy cheeseburgers rather than get these rubbish tourny tickets

Got 2x shotout tickets, won $5 on the first tourney and 22$ on the second, on the third deposit I got $10 instant. I don't mind the "tourneys" it's head to head, so your odds in progressing is 50%.

Got my bonus and its $10 put right into my PS account.
