If I were you I'd just give it a few days; if everything checks out, they'll re-open. I had a similar situation with my son- he was playing from my PC, got eliminated from a tourney then I logged in. I ended up playing the same tourney he'd been eliminated from (I didn't know), and they then froze my account. Took a few days, but they accepted the explanation and re-opened both accounts. I guess they will with you as well- but it takes time to investigate.

There's a "player advocate" for Stars on here that might be able to help you if/when she sees this thread. I can't remember her screenname*, but bumping this thread might mean your case gets seen and dealt with soon.

Hello, unfortunately so far, I received an email telling me to wait, it's already been 22 days, an account analysis has really taken so long? Any reply back yet? I am having a similar issue with lack of reply, but in my case, I have no idea what they are even reviewing. Account is locked and I can't play or withdrawal.

We are all Fa##ed. If you get your account frozen, you never get your money back. I have been waiting for 16 days and still nothing. I also have been losing money for like 10 years. And then when you win something they block your account and steal your money. I have been reading a lot about this and there are ALOT of ppl that have been in our shoes...
