im evan from Greece and i live for almost 5 years in Zurich, Swicherland. i apologize if i dont wright in a proper way but im realLy frustrated with pokerstars.

i have a good job here and i like playing spin n go in my free time. i ve been doing that for about 1.5 year. since my salary here is way great than the ones in Greece and i like adrenaline, i started almost right away from 100s spins and this is a good explenation for loosing for several months up to 40k as well as i didnt have the knowledge and skill to win.

they checked me twice with several questions and security tests before they decided to increase my deposit limit up to 45k per month. during this period they didnt bother cos i payed a lot of rake and deposits as well. over the months, since im not stupid and i had a previous experience in poker ( many many hours live cash in casino and some mtts) i used pokertraker for reviews of my game and watched other regs playing for hours until i succeed to improve my game step by step.

i dont want to tire u much more so im closing shortly. i recieved a mail yesterday after my account was frozen asking me which is my relation to akis_333?

like i said i ve been playing for almost 1.5 year 25k games totaly, less than 2k game per month, still loosing money but almost break even eventhough 70k below my spinev. so what the hell did i do wrong to deserve that? how u do that to someone who has 39 cev overall and struggle to improve like 40-42cev lately and with so small volume? my crime is that i was born in Greece? or a bot wich is new trend plays 2k games montly with 40cev? how many of u reported me to happen this and based on what?

is there anyone here who has played against me a lot and can help me to prove that i did nothing wrong? recently tauroxus chatted me while playing that too many swiss acount appeared recently. is this my fault too?

i would appreciate anyones contribution since a put much energy and time in this game and i expected my comeback to reach my spinev eventually. but now that my run improved a bit they freeze me??

Strange i play 100s and know you from the games and in no way ever thought you may be a bot

can you post a recent graph? be interesting to see if your results improved and they decided to investigate because of that

also do you study much GTO?

Don't think it's a bot issue. I think stars believes that op knows the banned person mentioned in the other thread and might let him use the acccount.

my last months cev is 40 and my overall is 39. they can check it anytime if they want i case they havent already. no i dont study gto.

also to mention that i was told recently that im considered a vip member, so i was invited to a tennis event in basel. i attended and met with a representative oft theirs whom with we talked about poker and other staff for hours.

very weird

for me as well and i have e mails from that guy to confirm.

What day did they ban you? Assuming it was in the last few days. There is a chance that they were just meeting with you in person to determine your poker knowledge and to see your face compared to your id you had to send in. Was the person or group that you met with there speaking Greek well? They may have left that meeting without knowing whether you were legit or not and decided to monitor you some more.

So, 2,000 games a month and a pretty high cev, I don't play those (US) so I am not sure what the highest cev's are like(edit - actually you are heads up for some of the time, not sure if that changes the cev or not? So it may not be high). A graph here would be very helpful. Can you, or someone get a http://sharkscope.com , or other graph. Not sure if you have to apply to get your graph unlocked. There may be other newer sites if that doesn't work.

A player above saying he plays the games and he does not think you are suspicious is something that I would email Pokerstars. It all depends how long they have questioned your account though.

I would definitely talk to a manager there. I would also talk to the board that sanctions PS, I am not sure who they are.

this guy claimed to be from marketing section and didnt seem to know much about poker. i was invited cos i complained for my terrible run and he invited me to go and explain my situation. he also admit that dont know much about poker but he promised to transfer my claims to other guys familiar with the spin n go issue. we talked in english the whole time and two other greek guys were attended as well. my id and face tottaly matched obvious.

my account was frozen this monday afternoon and banned yesterday morning.

not sure if i should post graphs here but if there is any point to that i will. sept cev 36, okt 46 and novemver 40. overall 39. do u find anything suspicious besides variance? overall cev improved from 32 to 39 within several months with hard work and improving run. at some point chips i won were 300k below chip ev (guys familiar with spin know what i mean)

I had a long post written up giving you the benefit of the doubt for the most part and giving you some advice, it took a long time to write, then I reread the last guys thread who was banned because of akis. It's the second post in this thread.

You posted in it 5 times. What you said in the second post here and that thread was super sketchy to me, it didn't sound right. So good luck if you are innocent, and good bye if you are not.

its ok mate, if u follow my posts u will see that their treatment to me doesnt make sense. they invited me to a live event as a vip member, one month later they freeze me and 1.5 day after freezing they ban me without even giving me the chance to defend myself. i love poker like i said but i did nothing wrong and this treatment shows total disrespect to my effort and rake. anyway they dont even accept to talk about that but its really frustrated to me these guys in here who they seem so sure that i played against the rules. i challenged everyone in public that i can prove any time i never used a bot or any illegal software and im the only one who has played spin n go from my account. i could play live anytime with followers and describing my every move and none will see any difference in my game. but none really cares to find out the truth thats why i quit. im also one of the very few players i guess who doesnt even need any preflop charts. my rivals at the tables should know that my game changes a lot pre and post flop affected a lot by my daily mentality and moment run.

i use just one monitor and one computer, pokerstars can verify that for sure

im banned from wednesday morning. i can use-post only graphs from pokertraker but not sure if they help. if there is a way to prove im here...if someone capable is reading this.

What did the banning email say?

normally it takes like 2-3 weeks of investigation once you provide evidence for them to come to a conclusion

They're allowing you to cashout, and they no longer wish to do business with you - nothing to see here.

I mean, it sucks of course, and I wish you luck in your attempts to have them reconsider, but given that they aren't confiscating your funds, they may have based this decision on nothing more than some suspicions. They've decided the risk that you are a person they don't want to deal with is greater than the reward of your continued business.

yes seems to be true what u said but i just consider it really unfair since its not my fault and i ve tried so hard to reach my current skill in spins, plus my 70k under spin ev is gone.
